The Best Turkey Sandwiches 10/27/2008

You get good service and the best turkey sandwiches. You can see the turkey it is being cut from so you know it's a real turkey sandwich. Makes a great lunch. more

Atmosphere and a Great Jukebox 6/26/2006

Nick's is easily my favorite bar/restaurant in the downtown Madison area, though it's not for everyone. It has unique vintage decor coupled with a laidback atmosphere and friendly staff. It's ideally suited for dinner and drinks, as the food and beverages are of good quality and reasonable price, and Nick's is best at night. The jukebox has a selection that I have not seen matched in my four years at UW-Madison. PROS: It transcends a mere list of pros. CONS: Not a "party" sort of bar atmosphere, if that's what you're looking for more

  • Nick's Restaurant is a family-owned and operated eating establishment that provides a range of Greek dishes. It has been serving customers since 1959. The restaurant offers a variety of burgers, salads, sandwiches and seafood items. Nick's Restaurant serves grilled chicken breast sandwich, stuffed tomato salad, deep-fried haddock and hamburgers. It also provides corned beef and turkey clubs. The restaurant s dessert menu includes strawberry shortcake and pumpkin pie. Nick's Restaurant s guests include writers, artists and celebrities. It additionally offers a daily special menu. The restaurant provides deep-fried jumbo shrimp, New York strip steak, southern fried chicken, pork chops, and vegetarian Rueben and gyro.
