I had a completely different experience. They listened to me intently, showed me what I asked for, and they gave me the best price. I called 6 dealers for quotes, and Newberg Ford was the only fleet department that took the time to quote what I asked for. Others replied, but they tried to sell me something, not give me what I wanted. Paperwork was ready and waiting for me when I arrived, they filled my tank with gas, and best of all, gave me my first service ""FREE"". Check them out, they were greeat!!! more

A 2010 F-150 4WD Supercrew 157 Lariat Red Candy Metallic truck was no small investment on our part, but we felt completely comfortable with Newberg Ford and confident we now own and American made quality vehicle that will meet our families needs for years to come. I have been in marketing/sales for over 15 years and it is a rare find when the company actually delivers on its slogan. Newberg Ford is a refreshing surprise in that they actually do Just Work Harder and smile while they do it. Our needs came first and finding the right vehicle with all that entails was no trouble. Dale Sykes is not your typical salesman, he works hard and makes no apologies for it (you cant help but notice that is his standard operating procedure.) One might expect sour faces and complaints with all of the test drives and decision mulling we put Steve Clay through but he stayed cool as a cucumber the entire time sharing his knowledge and expertise of the different makes and models. What can I say, they put our best interest at heart and made sure we walked away completely satisfied with price, selection and service. WE ABSOLUTELY DID!!! more

When we bought our cars from Newberg Ford 4 years ago, we began taking them there to get their scheduled maintenance. We have been pleased with their service. They offer loaner cars for a small fee. They can usually get you in quickly. Work done on Saturdays is discounted. We have also used their body shop and been pleased with their work as well. more

My overall impression of this Ford dealership is very good because of their excellent customer service. There was no heavy pressure to buy but rather an interest in the customer- listening to our wants and needs and responding accordingly. They sat down with us and went over lots of helpful financial info. One drawback is our salesperson wasn't very knowledgeable on some of the models, but he was nice. I would recommend this location. more

I bought a Ford flatbed from their fleet department, and when I had trouble with it, they lent me another used commercial truck so I could continue to do my business, while they fixed my truck at no charge..Thanks Dale and Newberg Ford. more

My family has used Newberg Ford to purchase a terrific used vehicle 4yrs ago and got a terrific deal. I searched 6 other dealerships for a comparible deal and no one could beat it. We also have used the service department to have work done on my husbands vehicle and they were quick and courteous more

I read some of these reviews, and I think I am on a different planet. The service department is the best we have ever been to, and we recomend it to anyone who has car troubles. We have bought two trucks from their fleet department, and they treat us so well. They even give me a loaner truck when I need one, at no charge! Thank you Newberg Ford, you are the best! more

The dealer didn't honor price quoted to us for our trade in. Speaking with the general sales manager did nothing to fix the problem, he kept insisting we were lying. a BBB case is pending. as well as one with NADA. Don't do business with this dealer! more

I'm extremely disappointed in Newberg Ford. Being born and raised in Newberg, I try to support local businesses, but it really would've been worth driving out of town for this one. But, we have two young children, and just don't have the time to do so.\r \r I am pleased with our vehicle thus far (day 5) and our salesman was a true advocate for us, but those are the only two things I liked about this dealership. more

My husband and I went here to check out their trucks and i know they like to track you down as soon as you get out of your care but it's crazy. They are not as friendly as some other dealers. They sound like they don't want to go out of there way for you. more
