Always a pleasant experience. The one time I experienced a problem it was identified and remedied with grace. Otherwise, Newberg Ford has a fabulous crew in their service department.\r \r The few interactions I've had with sales staff have been courteous and pleasant as well. more

I have been very impressed with the Service Department at Newberg Ford.I don't trust anyone else to work on my vehicles anymore.The prices are reasonable (except for parts) and the level of service is excellent. more

I always dread talking to sales people when looking for a car, but I must say that talking to Paul at Newberg Ford was like buying a car from a friend. At no time did I feel pressure and he had answered all of my questions honestly and without hesitation. Once I decided what I wanted, the whole process took less than 1/2 hour, and I was on my way home, in time to see The Masters. Thank you Paul ! more
