My sister was coming to New York from the small town and I could not meet her because of business needs. So New York City Limo Service came for the rescue! My sister was not familiar with airport terminals and where to meet the driver. So the driver went out of his way and met her at the gate. My sister was very happy when she saw her driver; she was greatly relieved that he has found her. After she safely arrived to our house she could not stop bragging how amazing was the limo and the driver and the entire trip from airport. We rented the Hummer H2 stretch limo for our daughter Prom party. It was immaculate inside and out! Thank You, New York City Limo for making the whole process simple and care free. Starting with customer service rep that was our contact in the office. He addressed all my concerns from the safety of the kids to what types of sodas to serve. I couldn't have wished for a more patient person. Our driver arrived early which was a nice surprise for the kids as they arrived to the pickup location to see as they put it ""an awesome"" ride waiting for them. The driver was kind and courteous the whole time, he made sure the event was memorable for my daughter and her friends. I would definitely recommend NYC Limo to all my friends and family. more
