In all of my experience dealing with car glass repair companies I have never had a great customer service experience until New Image Auto Glass. They offer nothing but amazing customer service. I have used them twice in the past year and have be totally happy both times. They are super friendly, accommodating, cost-effective, and fast. Last time, they even came out when it was pitch black outside to fix my brother-in-law's rear window. Now THAT my friends is service. more

Customer Service Like It Should Be 10/7/2010

I called a competitor before calling New Image Auto Glass. The other guy insisted that I bring my car to their shop for rock chip repairs in my windshield. But New Image Auto Glass came to my office for free -- and at a competitive rate. Quick, easy, and they came to me. Excellent service. Don't call anyone else. more

new image auto glass is the place to go too.I've gotten my previous cars windshield replaced there before and will continue to bring all of my cars there. I have told all of my family about this place as well.They do a great job and the prices are great. Highly recommended. more
