I came to this school quite a while ago. After being rescheduled numerous times due to low enrollment. Not enough ""revenue"" to run the class is how the customer service manage...

Great company. I took a security+ certification course plus the certification test at the end of the class. The teacher was great. There were only 4 students in the class, so the perfect learning environment. Computers were provided and functioned properly. The NY location is very conveniently located on 33rd street and Broadway. The customer service before the class was excellent. I was contacted various times with information about the course, the location, how to get there and was asked if I had everything I need. I will definitely take a class with them again. Highly recommended. more

Website Development Pro - Worth the time and money! 7/31/2012

I was looking for a class that taught everything about website development. I already knew the design part but the aspect of coding was not under my belt. I did my research and Netcom had a great price AND great flexible schedules AND great teachers who care about the students rather than college professors who care about money. Within seven days, I got my certificate and knowledge under my belt, AND books were included in the tuition. I love this place. more

Excellent learning/testing center. Comfortable rooms and very friendly staff and the best thing is its in the heart of midtown. You have access to all trains and public transport. Thanks netcom for a great learning experience more

wonderful staff. In the heart of Manhattan and access to all the trains including LIRR and NJ Transit. If i have to take another exam i wouldnt think twice registering with netcom :D more

great people great place.very interactive teaching methadology , nice clean enviroment, price for courses alittle high if you are paying from your pocket , ask your company to pay for your course and you are all good to go. happy learning more

my friend shah recommended me to this training centre for training and exam, well previously i had given an exam with sfinity , i had a bad experience there although i passed , i would highly recommend you to schedule your exams there . more

This is my second training with netcom and I'd say they are as good as it gets. My skill level with Excel and PPT has improved times 100. the instructors are very interactive and engaging . You really learn everything in the class and they make it relevant. Can't say enough good things. more

Free seminars 5/16/2012

The fact that they offer free seminars gives them an automatic 5 out of 5 stars. They're pretty good quality too for being an introductory seminar. They certainly give you a sense of each instructor's style and the pacing of the class. While I haven't signed up for an actual paid course, I am intrigued. If my company offers to pay for one, I'll probably go here just because it is familiar. more

very good exam location 5/15/2012

I have used this location for certification exams many times. The people are friendly and efficient. The exams are held in a clean, quiet room with air conditioning (a big help in the summer). If you have to take a certification exam in Manhattan, this is the place to go. more

hye people its time i write about netcom, great people great tutors everythings great there, its like you feel at home, did my A+ Essentials from there. It would have been Perfect atleast for me if you could get evening classes of weekend classes this way it would become more convenient for people on jobs to get certifications. anyways great experience more

the institute was an extremely wonderful learning enviroment . the classrooms were big but had a claustrophobic feeling when you were in it . over all i would rank it as good, but guys trust me you could do better:-D more

i have recently experienced a world full of oppertunity at netcom institute . the classrooms were amazing, the instructors were responsive and doing there job wonderfully, i took my exams there as well with pearson vue , the examination facility was great too. overall it was a great experience. more

its very hard to find a good learning center when you can find one in every block. After looking at some of the reviews, i decided to check out this institute and i am glad i did. From instructors to the ladies at the front desk, all are very helpful and easy going. The atmosphere is very nice and friendly. Its a 5 Stars!!! more

i went to the institute with my husband , it was a nice place, with very friendly people. the lady at the front desk was very helpful. my husband really liked that place , he talked to some instructor and he was like he was going to do his some IT course there.. the class rooms were pretty nice and roomy. more
