its a good reasonable training centre, what i liked about it the most that it provides flexible training timings and one can give the exam there after the training as it is an authorized testing centre for pearson vue. you can sign up for one to one traings too. Instructors are very energetic and fun. more

Its a technical training institute. Conveniently located in midtown. Very professional. very upto date equipment . excellent enviroment. The instructor was professional and full of real world technical knowledge. highly recomended more

My company sent a group of us for C# training. The NetCom Learning Center is right across the street from the Empire State Building. My experience with NetCom Learning Center will be a memorable one. C# is a really challenging course but I learned something new that I will always cherish. Our Instructor was really good in introducing the C# language making it easy for us to understand the concept. more

Its a great training centre. people there are really very friendly i have been to many other institutions for my exams with pearson vue. but after my first exam in netcom , i gave all my exams there. And plus i highly recomended it to my cozon who wants to do his CCNA. maybe for some the FEE is on the higher side but once you go into the market you will see its totally worth it. more

Netcom is a wonderful place. i went in for my CCNA exam which i scheduled with pearson vue through NETCOM. after my exam i roamed about in there office , they had excellent labs and great instructors i sat down with on of them discussing about my ccnp classes. and in future i really hope to take ccnp classes with them.. A wonderful company! NetCom provides a really solid training program with remote access 24/7 to lab computers to work with during and after class to better understand the lessong. My company sent me here for Net+ cert training and I couldn't be more pleased. the Philadelphia office was under-booked, so they offered me a live online training course and gave me the option to try it for a day or two to see if I liked it. In the event the onine course wasn't for me, they were more than happy to help reschedule me for a in-person class. Overall the company is very professional, some of the material went a little fast, but I also had no former technical background so I was a little behind before entering the advanced class, I blame my self for that. The book they give you with the class is very thorough. A great value! I'm keeping NetCom in my book for future training classes for sure! more

Registered for an online training for MS SQL 2008 Business Intelligence and SharePoint designer. This was the first time taking any training from NetCom and I was pleasently surprised. For an online training linked to the in-class group, the training was very good. The instructor was knowledgeable about the material and made sure that the remote students were understaning the material and not falling behind. The company even supplies headsets for the training. Only drawback was a couple issues a few labs that could not be completed. more

I took the Administering TFS 2010 class with Netcom. I was able to take the class remotely from my office in Richmond VA with a coworker. The instructor did a great job of answering questions and provided real world examples on important topics. The labs focused on key areas of the technology we were learning. The instructor kept a good pace in the class and kept it interesting. He did not read from slides, which is refreshing because I can't tell you how many instructors do that. more

I recently took a Micorosoft bootcamp course through Netcom. It was supposed to take place in their Arlington location but ended up being an online course. At first I thought I would be missing out on the classroom training and the face-to-face interaction with the instructor and other students. I also wasn't sure about the reliability and quality of online training. All my fears and apprehensions were put at ease after the first few hours of the course. The Webex software that Netcom uses to do online training is extremely intuitive and easy to use. During the entire three days of training I had no connection or loss of signal problems. I was so impressed with the quality of Netcom's online training that I decided to take the next bootcamp course through Netcom online as well. Their Microsoft certified instructor Alan was extremely knowledgeable and had an engaging teaching style. Netcom was able to get me into the Administering TFS 2010 class one business day before it began. I was able to take the class remotely and saved our company some money. The instructor was well versed and was able to answer any questions we had at anytime. He did a great job of giving real world examples that applied to the technology. The labs were comprehensive exercises and were based on techniques and practices that you would use at your job. more

Teacher was very well-versed in the subject. He/she spoke to the class in a very articulate manner. They knew the subject matter very well. I would like to take the class again as so much was covered that I couldn't get all of the information in one setting. more

I came to this school quite a while ago. After being rescheduled numerous times due to low enrollment. Not enough ""revenue"" to run the class is how the customer service manager put it. Being treated like a 5 year old by the customer service staff and then blown off as they walk past you mumbling about other clients and apparently coworkers as well I was completely put off. When I came back in to try and speak to someone the front desk staff were awesome but that's where the quality stops. You can dress up the place with a computer in the lobby, and have a cocktail hour but if the person running the show is a low life who just is putting on a show, and is insincere then it kind of shows and defeats the purpose of his job. I suggest not take any classes here I've already contacted Microsoft and made complaints about them.... I also got asked to leave reviews in exchange for a ""gift"". I think that was the end of the line for me, not only could you NOT deliver a class, spoke poorly about clients and ""lowly employees whom I am trying to get fired"" but then you forget the terrible experience I had with you and you solicit me for a review...Here it is as requested, I suggest this companies top management reevaluate who is running their company, and who they have in management, fake, poor skilled, sarcastic and emotional people should not be in a position where they make decisions. You can act happy, enthusiastic and ""for the client"" but that kind of goes down the drain when they turn the corner and bad mouth you... Please update the computers possibly get an instructor who doesn't read from the book the whole time. I am sorry I had high hopes for the place but I'd rather buy the book and self study. more

I took a week long course at Netcom and I was pleased by the organization of the course. They were able to enroll us within a week and ensure our spots in class. The instructor was highly knowledgable and sincere. I appreciated the multiple breaks during the long days. My only pet peeves were that it was freezing in class and there was a lot of sections that required straight typing from the SharePoint Developer course book. It didn't feel worth it to type that much code and then waste course time trying to figure out the bug (from a typo). Otherwise, I think the course covered a lot of useful and essential information. Also, it was very easy to get to! more

The learning experience for SharePoint 2010 was good. The staff at Netcom Learning were courteous and professional and I would recommend them for training needs more

We used NetCom for a custom, on-site, week-long training with Microsoft Lync Server 2010. We gave them a near impossible task--consolidating two week-long courses into one, with a diverse student group. Some students had an advanced knowledge of Lync, while others were just beginners. more

The Advanced Excel course gave me the tools I need to so my job well. The instructor was concise and to the point, but spent the time we needed to understand. Would recommend this course to anyone working in corporate, these skills are cruitial. more

I took the C# class via the online training and it was wonderful. I learn so much and it was a great experience and a great introduction class to C#. more
