I sat in the place for 15 minutes after they paged my stylist, only to find out she hadn't arrived for the day. Then, after another 10 minutes, I asked if anyone knew when she was going to be in. The receptionist explained the situation to the owner, whose only response was to have an assistant wash my hair. After 5 minutes of sitting alone with a wet head, it became clear my stylist wasn't coming in. No one else was available, but I was told I was ""welcome to come back another time."" I ended up drying my own hair and walking out. These folks are clueless about customer service!
