When you walk into this ""business"" you will see exactly what I am talking about. It looks like a tornado blew through this place. There is paper, supplies, equipment and clothes scattered about the area where you walk in. There are also 2 to 3 kids running around, knocking into your car in the parking lot, running through hanging (UNCOVERED) dresses with sticks. Dresses for a bridal party for someone I know were brought here to be hemmed and altered. Every single one of the 5 dresses were seriously messed up only days before the wedding. The woman who owns this joint kept pushing off the bridal party for weeks of not even touching the dresses. Hems were not straight, straps were sewn on lopsided and the dresses didn't even come close to fitting the girls like the ""seamstress"" promised. With only 4 days until the wedding, all of the dresses were pulled (including the bride's mothers dress which was hanging behind the door when you walk in, up against a filthy refrigerator and left uncovered while her kids ran through them with large tree branches. They were brought to a reputable seamstress who has since fixed them all. The new seamstress asked if seamstress at Needles & Pins was a professional...obviously not. She said what a horrible job she did, and it ended up costing the bridal party more than the dresses even cost in order to fix them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE unless you want your clothes ruined.
Pros: NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE!
Cons: Dirty, disorderly, unprofessional, not a seamstress!
