Me and my girlfriend stayed at this inn and it was perfect. The price was right. The view was nice. And the staff was helpful. Even stayed on the phone with me to give me turn by turn directions while i was lost and trying to get to the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. I would definitely stay there again without a doubt. more

Prefect Accomendations 11/12/2010

We came upon the perfect lodging in Rockalnd Maine and cannot wait for a trip back! The Navigator is located in the downtown area of this quaint town. We were in walking distance of all of the art galleries, shops, and restaurants. But most importantly, our room was immaculate! We are very picky, especially my husband. The whole room fresh, comfortable, and bright! Upon check in, we were greeted in such a warm and professional manner, and found this to be true of everyone we came in contact with at the Navigator. Lots of recent tender loving care has made this oldie a goodie and we cannot wait to return. We also have told all our friends and family that this is the place to stay in Rockland Maine! more

Cleand and Friendly 9/13/2010

We spent over 20 days a month in motels and in this price range, this is one of the better motels we have stayed in. Room was clean and front desk attendant was very friendly. When in Rockland, we will definitely stay here again. more

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The room was clean and well maintained. This is a family owned establishment that had fallen to substandard during recent years but the owners and management have worked had to bring the hotel up to par. more

Very good place to stay for the money. We have stayed at the Navigator several times (5 to 10). It is a great place to stay and explore downtown Rockland, you can walk anywhere from here. Also easy access to the ferry and bus terminal just across the street. We will be back again !!!! more

Another great stay! 8/25/2010

We just got back from spending 5 days at the Lobster Festival, and our stay at this hotel was outstanding... yet again. This is the fourth year we've stayed here, and have already made our reservations for 2008! From the managers to the cleaning staff.. everyone is courteous, helpful, friendly, etc... always met by a smiling face when you walked in, and if we needed anything, it was ther in a heartbeat! The view is spectacular from every room, and the breeze on the balcony is refreshing, especially in the warm weather... Looking forward to our stay next year! :) more
