Great Food but ... 2/3/2004

Yes the food is great the prices are great. They have a Chicken Tikka Masala that I have turned everyone i know to love. But the service is just a bit slow...I know the food takes awhile to prepare but it takes them awhile to take the order and come back to check on you. But they are friendly. It is a bit crowded on weekends so be prepared to wait up to 45 minutes. It can definatly use some redecorating. The seats are a bit uncomfortable and the seating arangement could be better. I heard rumors of a remodel (crossing fingers). But over all I have been there every week this year. I definately recommend! Pros: Inexpensive, Great Food, Great location Cons: , crowded, needs makeover more

The BEST Indian food!! 5/6/2003

I LOVE this place! Unfortunately, I don't live in LBC anymore so it's a bit hard to get down there. The food is terrific and the wait staff is terrific! The place is a tiny place, just on 2nd street and doesn't really look like much. There really isn't much to say about the decor, but the food is just to die for!!! Great prices too! They have a buffet on Sun. that is a terrific deal as well! Their chicken masala tikka is hands down the best one I've ever had! You can get their food as either mild, medium, or hot. Yummy samosas.
