We are writing this review to express our complete satisfaction with Nationwide Pool construction team in building our new pool and the quality of the final product. We were a little skeptical about the 45 working days to completion but we were pleasantly surprised. Work started on December 16, 2006 and we were swimming in the first week of February. This is especially surprising since the pool was built within an existing screen enclosure and paver patio, it rained 5 inches after the hole was dug, and construction was over the Christmas and New Year holidays. The quality of our finished pool was excellent. The pool equipment heater, pump, filter, blower) was top of the line and much bigger than required to ""just do the lob, or meet minimum requirements"". The final clean up was prompt and thorough. We were especially happy about the time spent cleaning up our screen enclosure since it got really dirty from the construction. In addition after the final payment to Nationwide the few missing items and fixes we noted were promptly addressed to our complete satisfaction. The people we dealt with at Nationwide, Maria Dilalla (construction coordinator) and Todd Greco (construction manager), were always available and on top of things and responsive to our questions and requests. Maria was constantly updating us with what was done, inspection results and what to expect in the upcoming days. Because of this we never felt neglected. We would highly recommend Nationwide Pools for new pool construction and if we were to build another pool we would certainly use them again. They were able to deliver an excellent product in a very reasonable amount of time. more

I would like to take this opportunity and thank you and your company for a great project and superb construction experience. As you know, it all started after we purchased our new home in August of 2009. Right after our closing, we contacted Nationwide pools, Inc. for an estimate on our new pool. In this economy, we had several concerns. First, we wanted a reputable pool contractor that would be there through the construction period. Second, we wanted a company that pride themselves with their customer service. Third, we wanted exceptional product in return to our investment, and finally, we wanted a deal. Well... we got it all and more. First, I would like to thank the planning and permitting department. Stephanie DeArudda was outstanding from beginning to end. Her superior ability to coordinate and plan around my schedule was out of this world. Being a police officer and working midnights, l can tell you that at no time did I loose any steep. Stephanie was able to schedule inspections, meetings and planning events without interrupting my schedule. Thank you Stephanie and Marie for all that you have done for us. Next, I would like to thank John McCoy, the Senior Construction Supervisor. John was exceptional in every way. John met with us before each stage of the construction and walked us though every step. John ""Kept it Real"" and advised us in what to expect each step of the way. John was informative, realistic and created a bridge between the paper contract and the physical product. John always acted professional and he represented Nationwide Pools Inc. in a superior light. John is a professional and accommodating to say the least. Finally, I would like to thank Mr. James Staten. Generally, at point of sale, you expect promises. We were dumbfounded when he promised and over delivered. Honor, James can claim that one adjective any day of the week, and in this economy, it is as good as winning the lottery. Nationwide Pools they are major scam artist, which they rippe you off stating you can cancel within 10 days but when you even cancel within the 3 day receission period they refuse to refund you the money and force by their they blackmail you and to do the project through them or you are screwed. they have the worset reputation neighbors, friends and associates. beware of this company.
