I have used these guys 4 times in the past, and they were great. But with this last experience I will never use them again, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone! The drivers were unprofessional, and stopped several times to carry out phone conversations. One of the conversations was 20 mins, and involved spanish cuss words (in the middle of my apartment complex). They took an excessive amount of time moving me (I was moving within the same complex). For example when they moved me into this complex it took 3hrs 15mins, and that was moving from a 2nd floor to a 2nd floor, and 1hr of drive time. This move was from a 2nd floor to a first floor (parking was right by my door), and drive time was maybe 2 minutes, they took 3 hours and didn't move a lot of things (ran out of room on truck??? I have a one bedroom). The reason they ran out of room was they had 8 very large boxes in the front of their truck, if it wasn't for those boxes all of my things would of fit in.
The part that was over the top for me, was when I called to let the corporate office know what went on, I was treated as a second rate person. He was rude to me, already started defending the moving crew, while he was supposed to be taking infomation. He didn't care that I how many times I had used them, he was already in defense mode. It is a shame that they treat repeat customers this way, I move a lot with my job, and I won't be using them again.
