I'm part of a community theatre group in the Washington, DC area. I broke a USB Flash drive that I hadn't backed up, and was faced with losing the only set of sound cues to a musical production, along with a bunch of other important data files. NDR saved the day - they recovered everything quickly, and they kept me informed of their progress every step of the way. They were always friendly and helpful - and although I hope I never need them again, I will definitely use them if I have another problem in the future. I highly recommend them. more

I was very pleased to get my data back! They kept in touch during the entire process. My only complaint was that the web site says $499 maximum, and they asked for another $150 after i had paid the $499. It turns out that the $499 only recovers the data for THEM but if you want them to send it to you, you pay $150 for a 1TB external hard drive (when you can buy one for $80 elsewhere). The price should include returning the data to you. I would use them again but will send my own external drive when they get my data. more

Nationwide Data Recovery did an amazing job for our company. Their customer service was very proffesional and helpful, and kept me in the loop as to what they were doing next. The speed of the recovery process was unbelievable and they were able to extract data that I felt was for sure lost forever. Our company IT department and three other recovery companies told us that it would be impossible to get any of our hard drive back. It consisted of all of our maintenance records for our fleet of 300. Within 48 hours after shipping, I was able to download the entire hardrive straight from the internet onto my desktop. Customer service called to verify everything was there, and make sure we were happy. I will always use Nationwide Data Recovery for my computer needs. They are a wonderful company to work with and offer an amazing value for simply priceless information they were able to give back to me. more

Nationwide Data Recovery saved the day. I loved the customer service, support, and capabilities of this company. One of my important hard drives crashed and the tech team was able to restore the data and deliver it to me. I've only had to use a service like NDR once before and the service was nowhere near as good as what I received from them. The parts I liked the most about the service was the communication, customer service, and support. I will use them again if I ever have a drive that needs recovery and I'm adding them to my Rolodex to refer to others. more

I am extremely pleased with the service I have received from NDR. \r This is my first time using a data recovery company and, if the need arises, I would not hesitate to use Nationwide Data Recovery again. The website was clear and easy to understand, I like to way you have the 3 levels of service. I shipped my hard drive on a Saturday and by Monday afternoon I was contacted with my assessment and a plan to proceed. I had my recovered files in hand by Thursday and got back to work! I was in a huge panic and went to a PC repair place I am friends with for help. He could not help me and referred me to a company that was very very expensive. I posted an outcry on Facebook and a photographer friend referred your company. I called my PC repair guy and picked up my hard drives and shipped them to you with my fingers crossed! You guys did an awesome job and saved my business! Your services were quick and very professional and my PC guy plans to refer you to all his customers who were in the same desperate state I was in...I hope I never have to use your services again (I mean that in the nicest way possible) but I do know I will refer your company to others and if the need be will be contacting you again. Nationwide Data Recovery is an honest reliable and extremely knowledgeable data recovery company.  I initially called them to ask some questions.  They answered all my questions in an understanding and concerned fashion.  I was very worried because all my photos, documents and emails were contained in this failed hard drive. I followed their instructions and sent off my drive to their Miami location.  Within a couple of hours after they received it I had an evaluation. Although I was hoping for the level 2 recovery unfortunately it was the invasive level 3 recovery.  I was expecting that outcome by the terrible click of death the hard drive made.  After a few days I was elated to find an email waiting for me which contained a list of all the recovered data and a payment link. I almost passed out.  I was not expecting a lot but in the end I received my life back. Thank You from the bottom of my heart. more
