The people at the Keats Agency are everything that is good about people in the insurance business. They are thoughtful, kind, caring and helpful. When I had a difficult decision to make, they slowly explained all the options both good and bad to me so I could make a comfortable decision. They work as a team and if one person did not know the answer they brought someone else over to give the correct information. I moved all my business there including asking my daughter to move her family policies to the Keats Agency. (and they sent me a wonderful (small)) Thank you gift. I will go out of my way to tell everyone I meet or talk to to go to the Keats Agency. This is a classly and Professional Organization. Pros: null Cons: null more

Take Your Business Needs Else Where 7/25/2011

The staff are very friendly and professional. However, I had a very unsatisfactory experience with one of their main agencts. They secured a fire policy for two of my commercial properties. They had the wrong name on the account. Consequently, bills were sent to the wrong business and the policy cancelled. I gave them over two months to try and get me a new policy. All I did was get blown off by one of their primary in-house agents. I highly recommend not using this agency. The agent had no concern for my business and was nothing more than (as I found out through his lack of concern for my issue) a soul-less, soft shoe salesperson. Stay away. Drive away. If you hit their website..keep moving on.... more
