As the one review said it is what YOU make it. If you go to any school and expect some one to make you better and graduate then you have the wrong idea. What NTTS does very well is, they have the trucks for you to train on and the parking lot for you to train in. They have good short classes with good info. They have friendly very experienced ex-drivers who make most of the classes interesting. A lot of the required material is very dry!! \r I went only for 5 weeks, the shortest term you can. They have much longer courses, which I dont think you need..BUT!!! if you dont have the cash up front, the longer classes allow you to get financial assistance. And 5 weeks was really cutting it close. I practiced driving hard every day.\r NTTS seems to be widely respected as well in the trucking community. more

NTTS taught me so much more

I was a student at n.t.t.s and unlike the other guy I had a great time and learned a lot. I was taking there trucks out every day and was also in the field workin on how to help myself drive better. I know you do stand there for alittle bit but its really not that long AS LONG AS YOU WANT TO LEARN and get up in the truck and try what they tell you. Most people fail and thats why they give a good school a bad name. I passed my program at the top of my class and have had no problem driving for the last 4 years. more

by far ntts is more superior then them all . their drivers have more confidence and ability to handle the city driving and manuvering the vehicle. in and out of tight places. their knowledge of the vehicle is outstanding. it is however what you make it . you do have to assert yourself to learn as well as make money out in the industry. I my self have driven semis and made over 30000 a yr and that was back in 1985 more
