When we picked up the car, which we had reserved a month in advance, there was considerable delay (45 minutes?) and confusion because they had to locate a vehicle for us and they didn't have any in the lot. We had Emerald status and were supposed to be able to simply pick a car and go, so we were disappointed by this delay. Once they got the car it was clean and was the correct size we had reserved. \r
They had the toddler carseat cleaned and ready, but it was a poor-quality Graco that was extremely uncomfortable (very little padding in the seat, and the buckles PINCHED MY CHILD'S LEGS unless we were very careful when doing the clasp to protect her legs). Surely there should be a recall on this carseat - that buckle was dangerous! \r
The woman who helped us pick up the car was extremely helpful with maps and restaurant recommendations. Great service.\r
The dropoff was very quick.
