Friendly, To the Point Service! 4/21/2011

After looking for several weeks throughout Utah for a well-rounded dealership, I finally found what I was looking for at National Auto Plaza. They were friendly, fast, and I got the deal I was looking for without feeling like I was being pushed towards somthing I did not want. I would recommend them to any customer loooking to buy a car. more

verry accomodating 4/14/2011

im used to going to a dealership and getting a runaround, grtting answers i didnt want and not getting the answers i needed. when i first came to NAP i was very specific about what i wanted and they were verry accomodating. they got me a great car with super low milage at a price i couldlive with. i would deffinitely recomend them to all my friends and family!! more

So to be upfront, I am NOT a fan of the "Used Car Salesman" world. I have to say however that my dealing with NAP has been nothing but great. Ozzie, was a very pleasant and personable man to work with. The paperwork was very simple was straight forward. The car I purchased was in excellent condition and checked out with the Audi dealership with a clean bill of health. In the time of so many dealers out there, trying to get your dollar, NAP actually lived up to it's promise and delivered. Ozzie, and team were great to work with and very fair. Please check who you are dealing with before you make a decision. NAP has impressed me and been faithful doing what they said they would. Safe place to buy a vehicle. more

I have enjoyed Ozzie as my sales representative. I love the car he put me into and never had a feeling of being pushed into it. All the employees were also very friendly but i enjoyed Ozzie very much he gave me everything i was looking for. Thank you for the great service. more

they were extremely helpfull during these rough economic times. we have not owned a new car in so long we did not think it was possible. they made it really easy to apply and only showed us cars that we could afford i would definately go there again for our next purchase more

I went to National and had a great experience. Very friendly salesmen that listened to what my needs were. They gave me more money for my trade then any other dealer I went too. My new Mini Cooper is awesome! It had just got on the lot had to wait until Monday to pick it up after going through there shop but was finished when they told me. more

Gave me more for my trade 3/17/2011

I went to National, and I had a great experience. It makes me laugh when I read the bad reviews. One person said it's "high pressure." Isn't every car lot like that? All I know is I went to several prominent dealerships is Utah, and they all said they would give me around $13,000 for my trade-in, I owed $19K, and National gave me $18,000 - $5k more than everyone else. They didn't jack up the price of the car I purchased either to make up for it... I was treated fairly, and I got what I wanted. I would definitely purchase another car there. more

The salesman was extremely helful from the first phone call all the way through working out the numbers to where I needed them to be. Very polite, not pushy. He wanted to make sure I was happy with the deal. Thanks Erik and Chris! more
