Oh yes this place does offer free manicures for a GOOD review, THEY OFFERED IT TO ME! I told them I can pay for my own manicure. Anyway I too found the place unclean and the workers to be rude. I cannot tell anyone what to do, but I read reviews on a place and if they have a bad review or at least two, I am not taking a chance. Others can do as they please. They had all good reviews when I went, but now I sure can see why they have several bad reviews. There are many good nails salons around, but avoid this one and inspite of the good reviews that they have had people post, DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE on an infection or just poor service. more

Great service! Affordable and very clean. They all do great nails and all kinds of waxing. Anne and Rose are both wonderful and very attentive. My cousin and I have been going there for 7+ years. This place will be my number one pick of all time for nail and waxing in town. more

Finally found a nice nail salon in Henderson,Nevada. Have just moved here a few months ago and everyone I toured was horrible.This place is spacious with nice spa chairs,not a bucket like some others nail salons think is acceptable.I have been back twice for gel mani&pedi and both times have been great. It is a very clean place and they bring out clean tools in a rectangular box that has been sanitized for each customer. They carry good OPI and ChinaGlaze nail polish and great magazines too! I had two different nail techs(Asian) if that made any different-both were very good with massage,offered beverages and friendly.They also offer waxing which I have tried and loved it! more

This nail establishment provides a wonderful service to its customers. It is a big place compares to most nail salons and it makes you feel very comfortable when you walk into it. They are very sweet people and they do great jobs on your nails and they do give you discounts on their services from time to time and my husband and I are very happy with it. more

I must say that I am in complete agreement with STAY AWAY and SHOCKING EXPERIENCE about (this) Nails R Us. I found them to be rude and inconsiderate. I went there once and will never return. It seems that they brag and say they are the best, everyone that works there is great over the phone. The tech that did my nails would not listen to how (I) wanted my nails done. I felt rushed and they made me feel that they were doing me a big favor. I have no use for ingrates and poor customer service. more

Stay away from this place. They are unclean in my opinion and if you are a few minutes late, they treat you badly, but when THEY are late that is (ok). They over book out of GREED and ROSE messed up my nails on purpose the last time because I was about 15 Minutes late. She said ""YOU SHOULD CALL"", but she never called me the time before that when I was EARLY and still had to wait 15 over for her!! I will never go back. I also think it is disrespectful that they talk among themselves in Asian, when they speak English and everyone coming in seems to be white English speaking people. The Japanese never are impolite in this way. They do offer a FREE Manacure for a good review. Perhaps this is why they have several good reviews on here. Do not be taken in. more

Everyones here are great and that's why I'm back almost every three weeks to get my fill and pedicure done eventhough I live near RedRock Casino where there are quite a few of nail salons. I don't mind the driving and I love everyone here since Hugh took over this place. Great Job!!! more

I was happened to be in the area today where I decided to stop by this Nail salon to get my nails done. They were so polite and sweet to me although I was just a walk-in customer. They offered me water and asked me to come back in an hour because they were all busy with all the customers. The fact I really liked about this place because not only they are good with their times but everyones here are so nice and the place is beautiful and extremely clean. I have had been to many nail salon within the past twenty two years and this is by far the most respectful staffs and cleanest nail salon that I had everseen. Great service! Great price! Great Job! You just got yourself a repeat customer. more

I have been told by family members to give this nail salon a try and so I did. The service here is great and the technicians are personable. They have a great line of Opi colors and cool magazines for the customers. The shop is so.... clean and cute. I definitely will come back to this salon whenever I'm in town. TY! more

My friend and I were there this afternoon when we witnessed this one customer whom was very rude and disrespectful to one of the staff's' member. We believe the owner has tried to resolve the situation very professional. SHOCKING EXPERIENCE is that what she calls! She was 20 minutes late and please get your story straight because we and among four other customers had seen how poorly you have mistreated them in there. more

I tried to find some nail shop where the personnel value client's time. My appointment was set on 1 PM and I has arrive exactly at that time. After waiting for 30 minutes I asked the manager (owner?) about expected waiting time and he said that it'll take another 20 minutes. When I reminded that my time was at 1 PM, I've been told that I came late, then that he 'will be happy if I leave the shop because I raised my voice"". more

The is the best and one of the cleanest nail shop in Henderson. We love to get our nails done here everytime we are in town. They won't upcharge you and their prices are reasonable. more

Having nails- ingrown problems all my life. I was jumped from shop to shop to find a person who can helps me with my nails-ingrown situation. Unless you have them,this is one of the most uncomfortable feelings. Fortunately, I have found my Hugh here at this nail salon. Not only he is well spoken young man.He is honest, funny and very good at what he does and my family and I have been his clients for the last three years. I would definitely recommend anyone outhere who has nails problem come to him. more

i've been getting my nails done for the last twenty years and i bumped into this place when i was in desperate need of a fix. After that, i've been going ever since, and that has been for the last three years. All of the tech's know what they're doing and can fix any problem you have, just ask. (and they won't upcharge for it either.) They do things willingly,not because they have to, are efficient, and will tell you an honest approximate wait time, if there is one. They know how to make you feel like you're at home, and they can understand your concerns; maybe it's because they're also one of the very few to all speak English! They also pamper their customers with little things like using the razor, extra massages (if you're someone like me who loves that part) and even for gel overlays over the acrylic. There are no surprises in your bill because they will tell you everything upfront (like the cost of designs) if it is not written on the pricelist. Overall, i've been around to a lot of nail shops in my time, and this is where i'm staying! This nail salon is average. Nothing special - although, I'll say they have a really current magazine selection to read from. ;) My mother-in-law got a gel fill done there, unfortunately, the girl who worked on her didn't file them down.
