Bad customer service! I came in for a just a nail polish job on both my fingers and toes by the next day it already came off. For the price I pay there just to get my nails done is pricey and poor service! Don't go there. I'm better off back at my old nail place. more

I just move to TX for 1 month, and i have a very hard time to find a good nail shop.I am so surprised about services and everything here. The staffs are very nice, and friendly. Nail shop is very clean and tidy. I had the best pedicure there with the delux pedicure. luv this place. more

WORST.. WORST.. NAIL SHOP EVER!!! DON'T EVER GO THERE!!! You will be sorry if you did!!! WAY OVER PRICED..compared to other nail shops around the area. THE ENTIRE STAFF WAS DEFINITELY RUDE! ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER HOLLY, OBNOXIOUS AND ARROGANT PERSON EVER! They keep on talking in a language I don't understand while doing my nails. Very sloppy and poor job on both my manicure and pedicure. I felt rushed. The water was cold and the hot wax was clumpy when it was put on my feet. I had french nails on both my hands and toes, within 2 days it came off!! I came in to have it fixed. Ms. Holly literally bit my head off and said it was my own fault and would not redo it. She said I had to pay more if I wanted to redo it! I already paid $75.00 for my mani and pedi. Overpriced!!! I will never ever go there again!!!! more

I went there and they overcharged ($80 for a pedicure!) me. When I called to resolve this, they said they would credit my account. After a week, nothing was done. I went back and showed them my receipt plus my bank statement. They were very rude and said they couldn't do nothing about it. I would not recommend this place. more
