HORRIBLE EYE LASH EXTENSION 7/21/2011

This review is specific to the lash extension service I received from Valentia here. I wish I could give zero star to this. I went there before my usual two weeks interval was up. I live in Austin, and I had to find a place in Dallas while I was there. I looked up the Xtreme Lashes website, and found her info. First, I was taken into a small room in the back of the nail salon. Then, she kept the door open. Outside, it was extremely loud with music, and chattering. I mean, like, you are in the middle of a market place buying groceries. Very loud. Then, she talked the whole time over the phone. I don't want to even imagine what position she was in to hold the phone and keep two lash extension tools in her hands at the same time. Although she was speaking in non-English language over the phone, I could tell the conversation was getting heated. About 20 minutes of the heated conversation, right above my forehead, she started YELLING into the phone WHILE working on my lashes. It was obvious that they were fighting and arguing over the phone. I could take it about 2 more minutes, but I had to ask her to stop shouting over my forehead. I wish I were lying. Then, when I was about to pay, she said it was $75 instead of $50 because I had less than half of my lashes left. It was utterly unbelievable because I usually have full lashes even after two weeks (I keep them very well, my Austin lash technician told me all the time), and this time, it was even before the two-weeks due. By then, I was mentally exhausted and felt like I have been abused for a while. So, I did not want to argue and paid $75. I went to see my friend afterwards, and she said, ""why are your lashes all tangled up and upside down?"" I wish I could capture the horror that was sitting on my eye lashes. Lashes were extended in the mid point, and you could tell where the extension begins. She must have put more than one lash on my original lash. I also noticed a couple of cases where one extension lash was sitting on two of my original lashes. Then, there were UPSDIE DOWN lashes. Whoever has had lash extensions before would know that this happens, especially once your own lashes start grow, and because of the weight, sometimes, the extended lash turns upside down. But NOT ON YOUR FIRST DAY, within 1 HOUR!! I counted - at least 4 on each side were upside down. And, finally, who puts the longest lashes to the INNER side of the eyes??????? I had to take them out myself! Please save your money, and go somewhere else!!!!!!!! more
