I needed an alignment. I knew NTB did them and I knew I was close to this one thanks to an Iphone App. I called and spoke to Chad who told me no cars were on the rack at the moment and an alignment takes about 45 minutes so an hour tops. I was at the shop in less than 5 minutes. I gave the required information and my keys and went to the waiting room. At the 45 minute mark I noticed my car was still not in the shop, it was parked just outside a bay where a young man in an NTB shirt was talking on a cell phone while he one - handedly tried to get a spare out of the trunk of the car in the bay. I watched for another 10 minutes while he stayed on the phone. At this point I got the paperwork back from my car, brought to them, told them I have been waiting an hour and they havent even gotten to my car. I said working one handed with a cell phone might be an issue. He apologized for taking so long, but didn't seem very concerned. I will go elsewhere where they are a little more organized and focused on the job
