Great overall experience 3/19/2014

We had 30 windows replaced and the experience from beginning to end was terrific. Dale and Tammy were great to deal with and we were pleased with the overall level of service and communication during the entire process. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace windows. more

Excellent Service and Quality 2/25/2014

I called NC Siding and Windows to find and fix a leak on 2 floors of my home coming from the outside. They identified the issue, discussed it with me and showed me and promptly fixed the issue. They followed up to make sure that the leak was fixed and did not bill me until I validated it after a rain. I am very happy with the service and the price. more

Great prices and quality! 2/20/2014

NC Siding & Windows was very professional, and Dale was absolutely wonderful! We got three estimates, but when Dale showed up, before we got to prices, we knew we were going to go with them. We could tell from his demeanor that he was a quality person. Dale provided us with quality work and a quality crew. We didn't even know they were here. They did the work and left everything spotless! We're thrilled with the windows! Most people get estimates, but just remember there's such a difference between companies that are pretty much into quantity versus quality. Great job! 1/22/2014

I recommend NC Siding & Windows all the time! I got all new windows, a new storm door that I really like with good locks, and new gutter guards when I bought my new townhouse. Everything turned out really good, and I have no complains. My neighbors have admired the new windows, and said they would like to get some once they can afford it. I told them it's really not that bad of a price! I would highly recommend NC Siding & Windows! more

Wonderful! 1/21/2014

NC Siding and Windows Inc. is wonderful! They replaced some rotted wood at my house with no charge. They were also able to fix a slight leak I had in the gutters. They did a magnificent job. My house looks a lot better. They are very good at what they do! more

My only choice for replacement windows and siding 12/2/2013

I have used NC Siding and windows for 7 homes in the Raleigh - Cary - Garner area and have found their workmanship and attention to detail to be top-notch. While there are many companies who advertise good products and service, do yourself a favor and call Dale and Tammy at NC Siding and Windows. I used them in my personal home as well as many $@!#% and rental properties with excellent results. more

Best people I have dealt with during my remodel. 10/22/2013

NC Siding And Windows Inc. is a company that employs very professional people. When they installed my windows yesterday, they came on time, did exactly what they said they would do, and cleaned up after themselves. They were all very easy to work with! I had some special requests because I have three cats (two of whom are sick). They moved my animals around like I asked and handled them so smoothly. Everybody I dealt with in the company was pleasant. I spoke with the president himself when he came out to check things. I spoke with his wife for scheduling the work. The guys who came were wonderful. We've had a lot of subcontractors during this renovation, so I can really and honestly tell you they were the very best. more

Many, Many Years of Total Customer Satisfaction! 10/22/2013

We had NC Siding and Windows put vinyl siding on our home years and years ago - and our siding still looks great! Throughout the last several years Dale and his team have also replaced several of our windows - and we love them! They are so easy to use ... so easy to clean ... and so very energy efficient. Most recently NC Siding and Windows put vinyl siding on a new room addition to our home - and the match (to our older siding) is superb. All of their work is done on time (per their commitment) and they totally finish their work - leaving no mess behind. We couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism, patience, kindness, and impeccable service that we continually receive from Dale and Tammy. We highly recommend their work. more

An A+ experience! 10/21/2013

Recently had a lot of work done at our 35 year old house and we should have replaced our windows a long time ago. This was one of the best experiences that we had with all the updates we did. They always did what they said they were going to do and when they said they were going to do it. A rarity today. It has definitely made a difference in our electric bill as the window are definitely very secure. Would recommend this company to everyone who wants a great experience. more

The job was done in a timely manner, Dale & Tammy were great to work with, and I like the way Dale follows up after the work is completed. My husband and I have used them for a couple of different jobs. We would use them again and refer them all the time to others. more

I had all the windows in my house replaced by NC Siding and Windows. I love the windows. Now when spring and fall roll around I can easily open and close them to let the breeze come through. Installation was first rate......on-time, professional and neat. Have recommended NC Siding and Windows to friends and anyone who is thinking about replacing windows. It was a wonderful expereience. 10/7/2013

NC Siding and Windows bent over backwards to make me happy. They helped me out. I was concerned with the cost and they worked with me on that. They did a super job with the windows. It all looks wonderful. My renters are very pleased with how serviceable the windows are and how easy they go up and down. It makes a real difference. The whole process came about in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend them to anybody else who needs windows. The people at NC Siding and Windows are very good to work with and very nice. more

NC Siding and Windows put new windows in my house. It was fine working with them over the phone and scheduling everything. They worked very quickly. It took them about two days to complete the project. They did great work, and I'm really pleased with everything. more

Great Windows and Doors 2/5/2009

Clear Choice replace all the windows in our house, as well as the back door and both the front and back storm doors. what a difference! The house looks great and no more draft! Clear Choice was great to deal with. We got several quotes and were most impressed by the quality of the product, features and the price! The salesman and the installers were all very professional. They did a great job and had an eye for detail. They weren't happy until were were happy! We had one minor thing they needed to come back for and they returned the next day to take care of it! Go with this company - you will be glad you did! more
