Tech Dave R was running late at another Apointment had me called with the update. When he arrived he insisted going in through the bulkhead to avoid tracking in. While working he patiently explained what he was doing and why. He did both the furnace and gas fireplace in the one call. When finished he tol me of a new oil spill pan for my basement tank. I wanted one so he located one in another office, during his other rounds he picked one up and dropped it by on his way home that evening. So start to beyond finish he provided first class service! David has serviced my boiler including annual cleaning and tune up for a number of years and does a great job including listening to my complaints and explaining the work he is doing.Even though I am considering possibly changing provider due to the new ownership(not very customer friendly) Sincerely, Armand L. Repair on furnace 1/26/2017

When it is freezing outside and the furnace is struggling to maintain, you can do one of two things. You can go stay in a motel or you can call Murray. That has been our motto since we first started getting oil in Turner 28 years ago. We call and someone comes. We don't have a fancy cellar or stairs to get to the furnace. We hear no complaints, just how can we help. Friendly service every time. Loyal Customer. more

EXCELLENT SERVICE 12/29/2016

Heutz serviceman arrived on time and completed his duties in a timely and professional manner. I usually stand around and watch these service personnel do their thing. This guy cleaned and tuned my heating system as I have never seen any other serviceman do. He was extremely thorough. Definitely recommend the person as well as the company...and the price was very competitive. more
