This Pet Hospital is excelent because they have a dedicate veterinarian who cares about the pet not about the money. The knowledges and experience of him saved my loving cat, who was so sick and missdiagnosed by the other veterinarian. This has to be spread and let people know where to go to find a harted veterinarian when you need help. Not only they are good but they are so affordable. Others are charging so much that you can not walk in their door. Thanks to you for saving my pet and I talked with so many who told me the same. more

I have been going here for the last ten years and I can honestly say that there is not a better vet. There have been many changes and every single one has been in an attempt to provide better service to their clients. For every person who has written a review and is complaining about price...try calling around. I have and Munster Animal Hospital is RIGHT in the middle. The places that charge less are disgusting. For those of you complaining about Dr. Han: He is a very to-the-point doctor and is a wonderful vet. If you are looking for someone to hold your hand, and not talk to you about the physiology behind your pets illness, then ask for another vet. They are very accommodating in that sense. I am an RN and I know that it is absolutely impossible to please every client out there. That is why, every one should consider that this vet it the busiest (by far) in the area. So the few reviews that you see on this website that are negative are not even a fraction of the patients they see in a day (who leave happy). I truly love the doctors here and I have bonded with every single staff member. I feel like their new building is a second home and I know that my pets will be receiving the best care here. <3 more

I have 5 dogs and all I can say is that I love Munster Animal Hospital. I have a 16 year old dog that had a very large tumor on her side, it was the size of a softball. We found out that it was cancer and the doctor said he would do everything to get as much as he could out. Well, when we went back for my mimi she was perfect (besides the incesion) her side looked as though she never had a tumor.. The staff is nice and friendly. I am sorry that the other lady has lost her pet, but somtimes mistakes do happen. An unfortunate mistake I think but they still happen. Everyone here is wonderful and nice. The prices are a little higher then most but the staff makes up for that! more

I just had to say that Dr. Won Saved my Dog. She had the mange when she was a puppy. Dr Won was very professional and courteous. He tried every mange treatment that was available for my dog. After Going through all the creams and dips we ended up doing a newer treatment for our dog and she made it through and is still with us 9 years later. He still remembers our dog to this day. I am sorry that the last lady had a awlful experience. However, my experience was equally as wonderful. He is my favorite vet. more

I am believing the majority of the negative comments are coming from past employees for some reason did not fit into the scope that the management was seeing in their new center . I have working with this vet since he came to Munster hospital. When my cat became ill and I almost gave up and had her put down he did not. I have been enjoying the company of my cat for the last two years. He was kind and compassionate I would not trust my furbabies to anyone else. more

Since so called Doctor Hahn took over the ownership, there have been horrific stories on the treatment of the staff and animals. Including this there has been missed diagnosis resulting in death and pet suffering. From speaking with past employees he is more worried about his pocket book than the health and caring of your pet. Do yourself a favor and take your pet some were else. His famous thing to do is to tell you its nothing and prescribe nothing so you have to take your pet back for a second visit. Another instance is when he so called fixes your male dog and only takes out one testicle!!! This has happened more than once! If you have been going this place for a while you will notice the high turnover rate. I would definitely recommend one or two of the veterinarians there but do not let Won Hahn touch your pet. more

Friendly staff and doctors make this vet's office a find. Combine that with not needing to make an appointment (unless it's for grooming or major work) and it makes this office a gem. They offer boarding, grooming and vet services. I take my dog there for everything and she's had no problems there. more
