I have been going here for the last ten years and I can honestly say that there is not a better vet. There have been many changes and every single one has been in an attempt to provide better service to their clients.
For every person who has written a review and is complaining about price...try calling around. I have and Munster Animal Hospital is RIGHT in the middle. The places that charge less are disgusting.
For those of you complaining about Dr. Han:
He is a very to-the-point doctor and is a wonderful vet. If you are looking for someone to hold your hand, and not talk to you about the physiology behind your pets illness, then ask for another vet. They are very accommodating in that sense.
I am an RN and I know that it is absolutely impossible to please every client out there. That is why, every one should consider that this vet it the busiest (by far) in the area. So the few reviews that you see on this website that are negative are not even a fraction of the patients they see in a day (who leave happy).
I truly love the doctors here and I have bonded with every single staff member. I feel like their new building is a second home and I know that my pets will be receiving the best care here.
