I have been here since Friday around 1pm, they have admitted me and it is now Saturday night 8:30 pm and have yet to see the surgeon that I was suppose to see hours ago and now I'm told he could come tonight or tomorrow. It's garbage and I really don't appreciate it. My name is JD Clary and I'm in room 370 the nurses are great. more

My mother went here for pneumonia and left dead 3 weeks later. Not to mention money was missing from my wallet and phone was tampered with. Now im gonna start a investagation. These fake doctors need to be stopped. Never send loved ones here. They may not leave alive. Stephan Seals more

I was skeptical when my husband was transported to this hospital for chest pains at a job site. From Columbus, I always considered Riverside a leader in emergency and possible heart conditions. My immediate reaction was he was 37 and although I was in a hurry to get to the hospital, I hoped for the best and prepared for the worst. \r Every aspect of care given to my husband was remarkable- ER, CCU, surgery, nursing staff and of course the doctors. I may be biased because they saved him, but the overall care provided to him and me during his 4 day stay was not what I expected, but what I received. His care was superior and would have been rated with a 10 on all scales. I realize his heart attack was a wake up for lifestyle changes, but his hospital of choice was based on location and where he was intended to be. I recommend this hospital for heart care and recovery. more

After visiting the ER one morning for swelling on my face and jaw, the er doctor told me it was a tooth problem and it was not his job to figure it out. Well I ended up back in the ER 12 hours later with cellulitis, a very serious condition when it's on your face. He didn't even examine me. Now I'm getting bills for every doctor I saw there. Don't they pay their doctors? Are these doctors getting paid twice? Insurance companies I'm sure just pay the bill and don't have time to ask questions. Am I going to get a bill from every nurse and maybe even the janitor? Drive right by this hospital and go somewhere else, you'll be glad you did. more

Recently a friend of mine was admitted to Mt. Carmel East. He was experiencing severe back problems and apparently had kidney issues once admitted to the hospital. He was diagnosed with multipe myelomas (bone cancer) and other issues. Once admitted, I checked on him everyday. He was incoherant due to morphine administered for pain control. more

At the request of her family doctor, I took my 96-year-old mother to the emergency room in pain with both legs red and inflamed with a skin bacterial infection. I arrived around 7:00 PM and she was not taken in until 3:30 AM. She had to be admitted and when my son left at 6:00 AM to go to work, she was still in the emergency room waiting for a hospital room. more

Why won't you (the Rule Makers) allow your department to have their email's listed? Have you ever left any thing of importance behind after a hospital stay or hotel stay? Getting a return phone call is impossible. For Pete's sake MCE should be more user friendly. Too many of us work for Company's that understand it takes half a working day to get through or to get Insurance cards replaced or one of the office's listed to call back!!! more
