AWFUL FOOD AND SERVICE 10/11/2011

Went on Sunday morning...waited about 10 minutes to get coffee...had to rip pancakes apart because they were rubbery and I couldn't cut them with the knife and fork provided...waited about 20 minutes for check while plates, cups, etc. just sat at table waiting to be cleaned up....total waste of time more

Just plain awful 8/12/2011

After reading so many great reviews about this place, we decided to try it on 8/6/2011. We waited 75 minutes for breakfast that was served cold, dry toast, the thinest bacon I have ever seen. Our waitress was not interested in any of her customers. In the end, it cost us more than 30 bucks for breakfast for 4 people that was really pretty awful.\r \r Go somewhere else. This place is not what it once was and was a HUGE dissappointment. more

Delightful Diner 6/24/2007

Mrs. K's Koffee Shop is not one to pass up. This old-fashionied diner has a unique charm that makes you feel at home. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was true comfort food not to mention a great price. The turkey club had just the right amount of mayonaise, the salad was fresh, and the steak fries had a perfect crisp. Great Sunday Breakfast 5/14/2006

Church goer? Coming out of Old St, Joe's, St, Mary', St' Peter's, Old Pine, etc, - walk over to Mrs. K's - especially on a beautiful spring day. A terrific breakfast is waiting - sit outside - the service is as friendly as the morning sunshine. Just simple good stuff - pancakes, eggs and good Phidadelphia scrapple. What could be better after Sunday's sermon? But even if not - just go to read the morning paper with your French toast and bacon. You can't beat the price. And when winter comes - snuggle up inside at a booth and look out the big picture window the passers by. Pros: simple, warm, good more
