Worst service ever!!! I was very dissatisfied with this service. Tony the owner told me that a transmission would be $1300-$1800 with a 3 year warranty. My big mistake was that I paid him for the labor before the work was complete. After Tony got $800 just for labor, my transmission went from $1300 that he said he was sure it would cost when he quoted me the labor price went to $2300 with only a 6 month warranty. Then he wanted to charge me even more for a radiator that I did not need. I refused. They called and literally harassed me about the rest of the payment once they put my car back together. They even charged my credit card on file for the labor without my permission for the transmission. The worst thing ever, when I picked up my car the gas tank was empty when it was full when they got it. more

He and folks at his business showed themselves to be the epitome of customer service and honesty. more

I worked with Perry at the shop last week and he was easy to speak and deal with it. I got my truck towed from another shop for free within 30 minutes of calling. They had me out of the shop with rebuilt tranny, new torque converter and new tranny cooler in a day! Even helped me out after that with an unrelated issue for the best price anyone could hope for!! Perry was able to tell me where they were every step of the job. Will certainly refer people from now! more

GREAT GUYS ! went to have my brakes repaired at another shop that advertised 99.00 brake repairs and got an estimate of 1600.00 and a long list of parts THEN I FOUND MR. TRANSMISSION IN DULUTH THEY SAID THAT I ONLY NEEDED $ 450.00 WHAT A RELIEF. THANKS MR. TRANSMISSION DULUTH YOU ARE THE BEST !!!! more

Saved me $ 5/16/2013

I went to Kia to have my vehicle checked out. They told me I need new transmission- in limp mode, fault cooling/ system. Recommended me to replace transmission, thermostat, coolant temp sensor, anti-freeze, parts/ labor. Mr. Transmission fixed my car in 3 days, my car did not need all the parts Kia told me. Saved me a lot of money, thank you Mr. Transmission. more
