Top notch service 2/3/2014

Mr. Rooter is who I call whenever I have a plumbing need. I started using them 10 years ago and have gotten total satisfaction. The first time that I used them, I was having problems with not getting any hot water and the young man who showed up was punctual, polite, and very accommodating. He not only made a special trip to get the right pump but stayed made sure that it worked efficiently. Another time that I used Mr. Rooter, Evan came over and diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it within the next day. He's very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm overall very pleased with everyone who I've done business with from Mr. Rooter. They're very clear and thorough about what exactly they are doing on the job. I also appreciate that they notify me if they are ever going to be late. All in all, I can't think of a better company for your plumbing needs. Grateful they responded and came out 1/8/2014

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. We had a block in a sewer line and they came out immediately and dealt with it. The technician that came out was very knowledgeable as well. Good work and service, but a terrible price 11/27/2013

Mr. Rooter Of The Hudson Valley came to install a thermostat for me. I think I was very much over-billed. I checked to see how much a thermostat could have cost, and the highest price I could find was $18.99. Yet I was billed well over $200 dollars for the work. I don't understand why it was so much, since the technician wasn't here that long. He really rushed around to get the work done. He found out he needed to get another part, so he went out to buy it. I had an appointment I had to get to, so he was trying to get everything done before I needed to leave. I had very good experiences the couple of times I used Mr. Rooter before, but this time I was just floored by the price. The work and service was good, but I wouldn't trust the price. The price was terrible, that's why I rated them so low. I never expected it to be like that. more

Good Work. 6/1/2013

We like the technicians. Very nice, professional and knowledgeable. We've used Mr. Rooter twice for major corrections in plumbing issues. We were satisfied both times. It's difficult to find someone to find someone to give us a better price for the same reliable quality service; although we've used tried. Anthony was awesome 5/7/2013

Anthony arrived on time and went right to work explaining my options. He performed everything we had agreed to and my plumbing issue was resolved in a jiffy. Came out on a weekend, and they do reliable work 5/6/2013

Mr. Rooter of the Hudson Valley came out on a Sunday to replace a well pump. They did a decent job and they did it quickly. The most proffessional company ever 5/6/2013

Explanatory, nice serviceman 3/18/2013

Mr Rooter Plumbing recently sent out a very nice, explanatory serviceman and plumber. We had a problem with one of the toilets overflowing, and he got it fixed quickly. We have used them for several years, and we keep coming back because we keep receiving the same helpful, efficient work from professional plumbers. I've used Mr. Rooter before. The service is fast, professional, very clean and friendly. top notch 12/12/2012

Great Service 12/11/2012

This company delivers what it promises. They gave me a scheduled time and showed up - ON TIME! I had a problem I wanted fixed and they fixed it today. I needed to know how much and they told me before they did any work with no obligation. I can't say enough about Pat in the office and my technician John. Fantastic, absolutely amazing 12/11/2012

The guy that came out for Mr. Rooter Plumbing, Jean, was very intelligent, hard working and couldn't of been nicer. I have used them before. Jean did a fantastic job, and is absolutely amazing. I would warn potential customers that their prices aren't consistent. This guy did a tremendous amount of work for me for $380, but the cost to work and fix things under the sink was going to be $320. This seems like too much compared to what I paid for for a lot of work somewhere else. Watch the prices. Pleased with the service, but price was excessively high 8/27/2012

Mr. Rooter Plumbing of the Hudson Valley replaced a kitchen faucet for me. The faucet needed to be fixed and now it's working fine. The plumber was very good. He was very courteous and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. The price is only one thing I did not like about this experience. I paid $700 to have a kitchen faucet replaced. Everyone I have talked to has told me that the cost was outrageous. The plumber was supposed to rebuilt a part and claimed he couldn't repair it, so he replaced the faucet entirely. I have been using Mr. Rooter for the various plumbing problems that come with living in a house that is over one hundred years old. In each situation, the problems have been resolved with courtesy and professionalism. I have never felt rushed into any decision. I trust their experience. All I can say is Mr. Rooter Plumbing of the Hudson Valley better keep the guy they sent out, because he's the best plumber I've ever had. He was the first person I've had come who actually did the work he was supposed to. He had good customer service, he was a great worker, and he even convinced me to apply to be a Mr. Rooter member so that they'll come back once every year. Excellent service! 5/22/2012

Mr. Rooter Plumbing of the Hudson Valley put in a new leach and a new septic tank in my home. Everything turned out perfect. They would come early, ready to work, and would work non-stop. Fast and Proffesional 5/21/2012

I called on a Saturday night around 3am and had an appointment by 9am the next morning. John was a true proffesional, enformed me he was going to put on booties so he wouldn't track anything into the house. He asked what was going on, diagnosed my problem and looked @ a problem my wife was concerned about. He scheduled a cleanout for my tank that same day!
