A Professional Company - Great Service 3/18/2016

I had a good experience with Mr Electric of San Antonio TX the first time when I needed some minor repairs and so I plan to contact them again because the light ceiling in my garage needs a new unit. Josh Reynolds was a pleasant man, he did a good job and was on time for the appointment. As with everything today their prices for the service was too high but their quality of service is excellent. I recommend using Mr Electric of San Antonio TX. I am very satisfied with the results. more

True Professionals 3/7/2016

When it comes to electrical work I definitely did not want to take any short cuts. It was important to me to use someone reputable and I was not disappointed. The service person arrived on time, explained things so that I could understand and then did the work quickly and cleaned up neatly afterward. Mr Electric of San Antonio TX Provides Quality Service. 2/18/2016

Mr Electric of San Antonio TX came out to replace an old heater. The results are good, I haven't had any problems. I think the price for the service is a bit expensive but it had to be done. The technician was professional, courteous and on time for the appointment. more

Very good with customer service and Tony is excellent 1/21/2016

We've had Mr. Electric do multiple projects in the building for five years on and off--from new lights to new outlets, a UPS/power stabilizer throughout the whole building, and other electrical needs for our commercial building. They are reliable, and the person who usually comes is Tony. He is really excellent and customer-service driven--and has always done the right thing for us. Mr. Electric isn't cheap: they are on the high-end, but I'm willing to pay it as long as I get the customer service to back it up. They are quick with their work, but it typically takes a few days. I'd really like them to be here sooner when we need them for general work. Superior Electrical Service 12/15/2015

I rarely ever provide feedback but feel that I must share my wonderful experience with Mr. Electric electrician, Rick. I've been a customer of Mr. Electric for less than a year. That said, we were blessed to have electrician Rick sent over to our home. Rick is always very courteous, professional, and always takes time to explain the situation. Rick has been over to our home an additional two times to take care of our electrical work, much of which was not previously up to code. Amazing. 12/15/2015

The circuit breaker in our home kept popping. I called Mr Electric to look at the issue. The price was higher than I would have liked, but the service ended up being very good. The gentleman who came for the inspection was real sweet. He was knowledgeable and thorough. He did a great job explaining things that I didn't understand, and he even spoke to my children about some of the safety issues. He went beyond his normal job to make sure that we felt comfortable staying in the house. He did a complete safety check, which he didn't have to do. Then he called our landlord and told him everything that was safe and unsafe in the house. I felt like he was very honest and that he had our best interest in mind. He was truly amazing, and I would hire him again. more

Nothing bad to say! 12/7/2015

This is our second time using Mr. Electric of San Antonio. Both times we have called ahead to make an appointment. Someone always answers right away. They are very friendly over the phone and easy to deal with. The first time we booked a service Edward was our technician, and since then we have and will continue to request him. This time he replaced our ceiling fan and changed the lights over our fireplace and the heater in our bathroom. He is excellent, and he did the work perfectly. He shows up on time, and is beyond professional. Everything he has done has been great. It is nice to work with someone who you can trust. We have never had any issues with him, and he has become our family electrician! more

Installed an outlet for my range. 10/29/2015

I am very satisfied with M R Electric! Tony came out and did a wonderful job. He did the job we called them for and then answered several other questions for me. He was very nice and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I am having them do several other things for us and would highly recommend them to others who have electrical work needing to be done. more

Good service 9/28/2015

Mr. Electric of San Antonio TX installed a couple new electrical circuits for me. They arrived on time and provided prompt service. This was the first time I used them, but I wouldn't use them again because they're a little too pricey. I am happy with the results and felt their customer service was good. Problem was identified and repair time estimated correctly 8/5/2015

Mr. Electric was called in to address problems with GFI outlets. An estimate of time necessary to complete the job was given and was on target. Very professional and efficient! more

Efficient Service 7/3/2015

Tony and John came back to finishing instaling a haghing lamp in our condo, besides the fact that they do a fantastic job, they do not forget the human side, they asked us how our day went, even they ask for our Chihuahuas, that was so nice of them, and the way they are, makes you feel you have known them for a long time, it is not jus a job for Tony and John, it is their passion. Also we want to includ in this mention to Miss Rosemary making always sure everybody was in the same page. Recomend Mr Electric 100% more

Very satisfying. 6/24/2015

This was my first time using Mr. Electric of San Antonio. They were excellent. They came in, assessed the situation, and laid all the facts out so I could understand. They told me the cost and worked with me to get the cost down to where I was not shocked. They worked tirelessly in the mud, rain, and with the presence of dogs. They came back twice to make sure everything was working fine. When I got a dryer and it wasn't working, I called them. He switched the breaker in five to ten minutes. He cleaned up after himself. He even cleaned up the mud in the garage. They kept me informed. They called me when necessary. Mr. Delgado, the technician, did a good job. I recommend them highly to anyone who needs it done. more

First quality service and professional exellent work done 6/19/2015

We had all our condominium's outlets and switches changed as the brakes box, due the condo was buildt in 1986 and few things were done till today. Tony and John came and did the job, all was hand made, they did not leave until we were satisfied 100% . They were amazing, took them several hours to get it done, but my husband Jason an I are confident that the electrical system in the house is safe so now we can start enjoying the rest of the fixer upper. I highly recomend Mr Electric, we are sure all the guys are super efficient, the experience with Tony and John was in a scale of 1 to 10, a definitely 10 more

Definitely A Repeat Customer! 5/28/2015

We've used Mr Electric of San Antonio TX a couple times, as I am a contractor that works across several states, and they're great. Recently, we had them come out to install lighting in an outdoor kitchen, which they did do for me, but as he started the job, he realized that several of my breakers were dated, along with some other minor electrical problems. He worked hard to alleviate me of all those problems and did a fantastic job, while being professional and friendly. The prices were competitive and I highly recommend them! Very pleasant and highly efficient 5/6/2015

Mr Electric of San Antonio TX replaced some switches fused by lighting in the fuse box at my home. Edward, the technician, was very nice and neatly dressed, arrived on time, and immediately identified himself. After inspecting my home, Edward recommended adding a surge protector. He ordered replacement parts and was back within a week. He replaced the switches and the fuse box outside, as well as updating the indoor fuse box to be comparable with the new equipment. He worked steadily until he completed the job and then informed me about how to use and care for the new fuse box. He was very polite and nice, and knew exactly what he was doing. I was recommended to the company by a friend, and I pass that recommendation on at every opportunity. I will use them again for quality service. more

Terrific service. 3/25/2015

I really liked the work done by Mr. Electric. The electrician that they sent out, Harold, was phenomenal. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. He helped me install a lot of electrical work for my new outdoor bar and also switched out a breaker box of mine. He educated me on everything and I really appreciated his expertise. I would definitely recommend them. more
