Worst mortgage comp. to deal wth 1/11/2012

Things we ok until the economy went bad. They are foreclosing on everyone. Yet they send you papers to file for a modification. Over and over and over and they never process them. Or they FINALLY process the modification and your payment ends up $400 HIGHER then what it was. They call that a modification! They never return calls. They give you dates that your papers will be processed and tell you what the payment is and that date comes and goes, no phone call, no letter nothing. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SO CALLED MORTGAGE Company. more

NEVER willing work with this company if you can avoid it! They bought our loan unbeknownst to us and now, with the way the economy is, we aren't able to re-fi and get away from them!! They will lie to you over and over again. They are CONSTANTLY messing things up and making us pay for it and apparently the only ones that are able to ""help"" us are the very sweet front desk ladies, which one, they aren't authorized to help with much and two, it shouldn't rest on them to take the blunt end of what the higher ups screw up!!! more
