HORRIBLE ignoramus workers, bunch of jerks, owner is nonresponsive, manager treats all employees like crap. We bought mattresses here, and never got our ""free"" bedframe, these guys never took the old mattresses, we ended up getting charged an extra $173 because the ""new"" guy made a mistake for trying to sell us the mattress cheaper and got chewed out and ridiculed right in front of us during the sale. I WOULD NEVERE RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! more

Awesome Experience! We bought from them in 2010 and again in 2012. Each time we were perfectly attended to without pressure. Salesman we had, Travis, was professional, courteous and honest. Love this place. Most people jump to review when they are unhappy. If you get to the bottom line most of the time people are unhappy with their own choice and place blame on the store they purchase from. Don't hesitate shopping here. From budget friendly to high end, they make shopping for furniture a favorable experience. more

Worst furniture shopping experience EVER!! 5/2/2012

The store is nice. They have it set up in a way that you can walk around in circles and still see things you hadn't seen before. You can sit in a massage chair and watch TV and eat cookies and drink fresh brewed coffee and lemonade. You buy your furniture from the friendly, conversational salesmen, and go on home. Then when you go to actually receive the furniture you bought, the entire experience is like a nightmare. We bought a sectional in January and paid for delivery. They came a couple days later and brought the whole shebang--love seat, couch, chaise, and cushions..... All except one. They forgot to grab the back cushion for our chaise lounge and apologized profusely, said they'd bring it by on the weekend. No one showed. I gave it a week, then called. After being put on hold for half an hour, I was told by the customer service rep that she'd call me back tomorrow after she got a reply about the E-mail she was forced to send to the warehouse. No one called. I waited another week or so, and called back. Same thing. ""I'll call you back before X time today."" No call. I called back and asked what was up. Put on hold for another half an hour or so (and they NEVER change the muzak!! Same song over and over again until your ears start to bleed.), only to be told ""I had to write them an E-mail, I'll get back to you tomorrow."" No call. I waited another while, called back. Put on hold. ""I'll call you before X time today."" No call. I called back (it is now mid-April, I've been waiting for this cushion for over 4 months now). Put on hold for another half hour or so. Customer Service: ""Okay, I finally got ahold of the warehouse. They said it'll be another 6 weeks."" Me: ""Uhh....."" Customer Service: ""HAHA!! Just kidding!"" Me: ""Oh.. heh. I was about to scream."" Customer Service, still laughing: ""No, they're shipping the cushion out tomorrow via FedEx; it should be there on Thursday."" Thursday comes--no package. Next Wednesday rolls around, here comes FedEx with a poorly packed cardboard box, puffing out the top and over-taped. It is the elusive chaise cushion. ""FINALLY!"" I yell, and begin to pull the squished up pillow from the small box... and then I stop. It is the wrong color. My couch is khaki--this cushion is chocolate brown. I grab my phone and call again. Get put on hold with a different customer service rep this time (it's a male now, it was a female all the other times), and it only takes 5 minutes for him to come back and say the warehouse is closed today and he'll call me back on Friday. Here I sit, with my mismatched, scrunched up, belated cushion--and a huge grudge. more

Want great customer service DONT GO TO MOR'S!! 2/27/2012

This has been the WORST experience I have ever had when shopping for furniture. Do not believe one word that comes out of their mouths, they all LIE!!!! From sales reps, to the managers they all just try to pacify and never tell you the truth!! The delivery is a bunch of crock,they are inexperienced, ill prepared and could care less about why they are there, they left mud tracks all the from the door to the bedroom! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WERE!!! You will be very sorry if you dont!!!! more

worst service experiance i have ever had. 9/6/2011

doesnt deserve a star. bought my sofas, went to pick them up on the day they called. any time from 1-7 was what they said. got there at 1. not there, called back at 4, oh yeah they are here, nope. fine then deliver them, which they did, we'll get them to you tomorrow, or the next day or the day after. 3 days later, at midnight. midnight?! im full time student and manager, i dont do midnight anymore, especially for a piece of furniture. save yourself a head ache and spend $100-200 more and work with a reputable company. more

AWFUL-HORRIBLE-RUN AWAY WHILE YOU STILL CAN 7/2/2011

THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!! NEVER BUY FROM MOR FURNITURE!! I was treated very well when ordering my furniture but it all turned to hell shortly thereafter. I was LIED to several times buy the 1-800 number and store representatives. When I finally got through to a manager after over half a dozen phone calls I was again LIED to and basically told I was lucky to get what I did. My furniture was never delivered I had to drive over 80 miles to get it and then told I wouldn't even be refunded what I paid for delivery. I was told that the regional manger will be contacted about getting my money back and I would receive a call back, a week later still no call back and when I called the store I was told the regional manager has nothing to do with it and they refused to contact him. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND URGE YOU TO DO THE SAME! more

Mor:Worst Customer Service/Delivery Ever! 2/2/2011

I would NEVER recommend this furniture to anyone!! We ordered and paid for a couch, loveseat and table set at the end of January 2011. Next day delivery wasn't available because the chair had to come from Portland, and they wouldn't partially deliver the order. We waited until February 2nd under their 4 HOUR delivery time frame. They arrived in the evening, and told us that our coffee table was damaged in the truck, so they couldn't leave any part of the table set. Then, they told us that the sofa didn't have the feet to it, so they used the feet from the chair and ottoman, and so would be taking those back with them until they had the feet for them! We had paid cash for the items, and wouldn't be receiving the items until one week after promised. The delivery driver was extremely rude and unprofessional, as well as the customer service center. DO NOT GO TO MOR!! I would never go there again!! more

I purchased a frame and was told it would be delivered on the 4th then was told it would be delivered on the 17th after speaking to a ""customer service"" rep I was told it wouldnt even be in the warehouse in spokane until the 18th now Im being told even though I payed cash out of pocket I have to wait for a check to be issued from corp. office in 7-10 business days! The sale associate I was transfered to laughed when I got upset at being given the run around I am absolutely furious since I informed the sales associate from the beginning that I am on a time frame... apparently Im not going to be on a bed frame anytime soon either...stay away from this company! more

My fiance and I were shopping for a new couch for our home. We decided to check out Mor Furniture...we barely made it inside the doors when a saleswoman came running up to us. Apparently she drank several pots of coffee that morning and coulen't help herself from talking over us, interrupting our private conversations, and talking about her 400 pound boyfriend. She was the most overbearing sales person I've ever encountered! We looked at everything they had on their showroom floor, we were interested in a couple pieces of furniture but they didn't have anything in stock. We decided we would go across the street to Walker's Furniture (which she overheard) and proceeded to say that the other furniture stores in town would not have backstock. Needless to say we had a pleasant experience at Walker's and left with a couch that day. more

Stay Away in Droves! 11/6/2010

Too bad this site requires you to pick at least one star -- this store doesn't deserve one. Unless you're a fan of personal assault, disrespect, and stalking, stay away from this store. A few years ago, my husband and I went in to look for furniture for our new home, not even knowing yet what we wanted. The minute we entered, a salesman was on us like a leech in the Amazon, and he wouldn't leave us alone. We told him several times we wanted to look around and would call him if we had questions -- not enough. He interrupted a personal discussion my husband and I were having and continued following us around the store like we were going to shoplift a sectional or something, butting in every chance he got. We finally had enough and ran out the door. Well, today we gave them a second chance...You guessed it. In the first 30 seconds, I told the saleswoman 3 TIMES that we wanted to look and would call her if we had questions. She kept talking, so I simply walked away; a moment later, my husband was walking down an aisle and she LITERALLY CHASED HIM DOWN THE aisle, asking him if he wanted a cookie. He tried to wave her off, but she would not relent. Finally, he told her in no uncertain terms to LEAVE HIM ALONE; her response: ""Are you this mean to everybody?"" more

BUYER BEWARE- Not worth your time! 1/25/2010

I ordered a couch from Mor Jan 3rd and paid by credit card. It was scheduled to arrive on Jan 15th. Today is Jan 25th and I have canceled the order after having to call the store several times and getting the run around from sales people. They told me that the couch wouldnt be there untill Feb 15th! Thats one month past the quoted time. I have no couch! MorFurniture has been using MY MONEY for the past month and I got nothing in return! BEWARE- even after you cancel the order they take two weeks to credit your card back! more

Terrible overall experience 10/4/2008

I visited the showroom on two occasions and while everyone that walked in the store was greeted right away, I was not. The second time I spent 45min to an hour looking around before a manager asked if I had been helped. He even commented that he had seen me in there for a very long time. I had passed sales person after salesperson and they ignored me. I sincerely hope that this was not due to my obvious ethnic background but it makes you wonder if it happen on both occasions that I visited the showroom. Intentional Deceivers 9/22/2008

After being told that the sofa of the sofa, loveseat, recliner package my wife and I were interested in was not in stock they said they would have to order it and there was no way to tell when the sofa would arrive. I had read the above reviewers post and was very hesitant to proceed. The salesman then told me that If I went ahead and placed the order I could at least get the ball rolling and get the sofa on its way and that If I found another sofa in town to just call up and cancel the order. ""No obligation"" he said, just call in with you name and we would be happy to cancel the order and it would be like it never happened. So, when I found another sofa I could get in a resonable time frame I called to cancel the order. We were passed to a number of sales people that tried to convince us to keep the order but then finally said they could not cancel the order themselves but that we had to speak with a manager. A manager then told us that if we canceled the order we would still be receiving our Mor Furniture cards with the open line of credit. I said, ""My What?."" It turns out that as soon as we placed the order we signed up for a line of credit for $5000.00 more than the total cost of the furniture we were buying. I guess I should have read the fine print. So much for ""Like it never happened."" Yay for more revolving credit on my report! Oh, and don't ask them about warranties, they will say they're computer is broken and we can't look it up right now. Psssshhh. Pros: Lots of Furniture Cons: Shady Sales Personnel and Tactics more

The Rip-off Store! 5/9/2008

Where do i get started, with the terible customer service after my purchase or with the hand full of lies that I was told so they could make a sales. The lying was more on TRS (in house financing) then the people at Mor. My wife and I went in looking for a bed after a freinds recommendation. After we had filled out the paperwork and walked around for a while, we were told that they would in house finance us and with a limit of $1200. Only bought about $900 for the bed and misc other stuff. I started to pay extra on the bed to get it paid off sooner. After going thru some paper work I found some paper from TRS stuffed in with our other papers stating that our agreement was a lease. I call and talk to a rep named Kyle that could not have treated me any worse. I explained that I was told that I purchasing the bed not lease and was told that the rep that I had talked to was no longer working there and I would have to deal with him. I asked how much was the balance that was owed on the account and was told that it took to long to figure it out. My wife had to go to the store and wait for 25 minutes to figure out our balance. after 8 months of paying $150 on our $900 bed we still owed over $700 if we wanted to pay it off in full. Do the math on that one. And all of that extra money that we were paying towards the account was put in what they called a ""savings account"" and not applied to the princible. So right then and there I told them to come and get the bed. I will never step foot in side a Mor store again and have made it a point to let as many people I can know how terrible of a company Mor and TRS are. I walked right out and went to a competitor and paid $400 cash for the same bed. One of the worst buying situation we have ever had. more

Then after I pay for it.. oh wow.. you don't deliver on Tue and Wed?? What the he*l?? I spend $2000. and you don't deliver on Tue and Wed??? Well okay fine. So today comes.. Wed and now I hear I will get delivery on May 1st. Hmm and I paid EXTRA for next day delivery. I had sent people to your store.. I sure won't do it again. I am ONE UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.. and word of mouth is a valuable sale tool! I want my delivery money back and my couch in tomorrow morning..not tomorrow night. Don't say you will do something then oh.. we forgot... Pros: Great sales people on the floor Cons: their delivery, mostly NEXT DAY (HA!!) is a joke! more

My wife and I went into Mor with her parents not even looking for anything. Her mom was buying stuff for her house. I asked my wife if she wanted to apply for credit there. I knew our credit was bad. But we figured that we were there and just to give it a shot. Well Selina came back and said that she couldn't help us but....she directed me to Jason who works for TRS and they gave us a $1500 credit there withj payment very low. It was a 2 year plan but we had it paid off in 5 months. We were sooooo happy that we now have a couch and loveseat from there and since it was our 2nd time through him, he paid for the delivery, $77. We are soooo happy with them and Jason from TRS that we recommend them to everyone. By the way, out bedroom set is awsome. Pros: Quality of products. Cons: Little pricey, but will last more
