Do not waste your time going there; i have been living here for 6 years now and i have never seen Before 2 old ladies this rude, i dont know if it was because im latin or what but she just told me on my face that she wont look at the documents because she had the right to say no. I just need it to notarized a document. Not a big deal at all more

Good Professional Customer Service 10/25/2011

I have dealt with Moore Tag Agency for slightly over four years. I have always found them professional and friendly. They have provided guidance, advice and assistance for the abnormal title and licensing issues that I've had. If there was something they were not absolutely certain about, they did the research with the state to make sure everything was done correctly. I've also dealt with several other tag agencies and Moore Tag Agency is the most knowledgeable and, by far, the most courteous. more

Worse than rude... 3/7/2011

I, too have done business with this agency since the mid 1980's. Very rude people. I thought maybe it was because I am now a senior citizen, and everyone knows how this nation treats it seniour citizens. However, I was told they treat every age, gender and race the same way. I won't recommend them to friends, but I might name drop to my worst enemies. more

rudest business in Moore 12/1/2010

I give this business a rating of ""0"" I have lived in Moore for 47 years and knew Mrs. Virgin. She would be appalled at how rude and non-professional her employees are. Having lunch at a desk in site of customers and asking a customer to wait while they finish their lunch was not how Mrs. Virgin would of done things. There was one very nice employee that came to help me and then she was immediately reprimanded in front of me for doing so. To say the least I left to take my business else where. more

dishonest practice 6/9/2009

charges for mail fee, even when you come in person to transact your business. Seems like a scam to sqeeze a few more dollars for a service not really required. Cons: dishonest practices more
