Terrible service. Extremely rude. 7/3/2008

I always ask for my husband's shirts to be folded. Several times they came back on hangers. When I expressed my irritation that nobody seemed to be paying attention to my request that the shirts be folded I was told they "didn't need my attitude". Since they are considerably more expensive than other cleaners in the area, I am taking my business elsewhere. Pros: Reasonably good cleaning job. Cons: They don't pay attention to requests like folding shirts, also extremely rude and inattentive staff. If they don't do the laundry properly, it isn't worth it! more
