Service was great; salesman was great; very helpful. I went to several other tiles stores; and it may not have been the biggest or fanciest showroom; but they had really great prices compared to the other. I was looking to remodel a bathroom shower area; and had a certain budget. I was able to get great tile; colors; etc and still stayed within budget. Only issue I had; was for the backsplash tiles; we had 2 different kinds for different areas; both had to be ordered; but was told we could return the unused squares. Turns out only one was returnable and the other was not for some reason; so had to eat the cost of that; since that was not what we were told when buying it. Wasn't much; a couple squares; but it was still like $50 worth. more

Earlier this year my wife and I were trying to decide which tile company we wanted to work with to help us in the remodeling of our master bathroom. We must have visited 10 different tile showrooms. We finally found Monterrey Tile. We first met with Wayne. This gentleman was the most knowledgeable, most professional and truly a consultative salesman. He listened carefully and gently guided us through the selection process for the right tile type, size, and color along with making suggestions regarding the shower floor, the walls, the trim and the niches. It was a remarkable pleasure working with Wayne but to be sure everyone we worked with including the entire showroom staff and the guys working in the warehouse were extremely professional and courteous making our experience wonderful. I'm sure we could have found a cheaper price but I am also sure that we could have never found better service than Monterrey Tile. Keep this in mind; long after the sweet taste of a lower price fades away the bitter taste of poor service will linger for years. These guys are great. I highly recommend Monterrey Tile.\r more

Definite good job. 5/3/2012

I buy a lot of my tile, setting materials and supplies from Monterrey Tile to do jobs for my customers. They're very easy to work with. I've been buying from them for years, and they definitely do a good job. I also get a lot of referrals from them, and I send a lot of people their way. I'll send my clients to their showroom, and sometimes people will call me saying they got my name from Monterrey Tile. Working with them has definitely been a good experience for me. Curtis P. Not a good experience 1/19/2012

I wish I would have had as good expereince as the other people on this board. I found Monterrey tile to be very dishonest. Bought some tile they called me 5 days later on the day the tile was to be delivered and said the price had doubled. Filed a BBB complaint and they won't even respond to it. Good Selection and Honest 3/10/2011

This place is one of the best around. They have friendly salespeople and their prices are fantastic. Monterrey is one of the only shops around that actually have exceptional customer service because the company's owner is directly involved in the business, I would shop here and nowhere else for tile. more

Monterrey Tile Co is top notch! 7/14/2009

I was looking for tile to replace carpet in my house. Not only was I informed about different types of tile, I was shown all of the different grout & given expert advice in choosing it all. I even found a beautiful medallion for my entryway that adds quite a bit of pizazz to the front of my house, I would recommend them to anyone! more

Nice Selection 11/26/2008

We visited Monterrey Tile to try to find a match to some travertine we had put in our front foyer that had been damaged. The staff was very helpful and even though I did not find my match, my Mother accompanied me and she found just the carpet she was looking for. After she had it installed, there was a flaw in the carpeting. Monterrey Tile stood behind the carpeting and it was all replaced at no cost. more
