Excellent as always 11/18/2011

Went in for a clean when they spotted an abscess. They arranged an appointment for the same day for the issue to be addressed by an experienced endodontist. Great customer service, always pleasant, always helpful and very organized. Highly recommended. more

emergency visit - infection 10/4/2011

I arrived after 4:30 on a Friday to have an infection looked at. The care I received was excellent. The infection cleared up and, by Tuesday, I could not tell that it had existed. more

A coworker referred me to Montclair Smile Design over tow years a go and I have been coming here since. I am certainly pleased with the cleanliness of the office, equipments they use and professional staff. For about a year now I have been on Invisalign treatment to improve my underbite and overall smile, Yet, Invisalign was no match for my severe dental issues hence, I am in consultation with Orthodontist in Montclair village area. Honestly, I can't wait to start and finish my Orthodontist treatment & go back to Montclair Smile Design for all my regular dental services. Dr Anne Becker is a good listener and will give you candid treatment plan to address individual dental issues. So if you are looking for a well organized and professional dental office, don't look any further than Montclair Smile Design. more

Cleaning 9/27/2011

My cleaning was fine and thehygenist was nice. But I would have preferred to see the hygenist that I had seen previously. Also, I did not need to be reminded of the upcoming work. I am an adult and I am aware of my dental needs. I had other priorities which have caused me to postpone my dental needs. Finally, Dr. Chris is my dentist. I understand that this is Dr. Becker's practice and she can attend to her patients and permit Dr. Chris to attend to his. more

Reset temporary crown 9/8/2011

Everyone in the office is so cheerful and welcoming, even though I was at fault in ruining my temporary crown. No recrimination. No shaking of the head, only smiles and kindness. And they were able to take me on short notice! more

Superb Care - wonderful staff 8/30/2011

I have been going to Dr. Becker for over ten years now and I cannot rave more about her and her staff. She has great staff (Susan, Meghan and Lindsey are stand-outs), amazing dental hygienists (Shelly is a STAR)and everyone cares about you and see that you get excellent care. I now have friends and my children going to her. She has lovely sparkling offices (lots of purple - pretty!) I have lots of problems with my teeth (I am a grinder and have had several root canals) and she is thorough, takes a conservative approach and always has my best interest in mind. I have been to many dentists and she stands above them all - head and shoulders! more

Well, you have gained my confidence---again! Teeth cleaning is never pleasant, unless one REALLY takes good care of them. But, the dental hygienist was very gentle and thorough. Have been seeing Anne for 16 years and that should say it all. I would recommend her to any one and her staff is superb - having been a smoker and therefore a difficult patient they were wonderful (I have since quit). more
