Dr. Catalano had a delightful demeanor with our son. He explained what he was going to do and why each step of the way. We appreciated the time taken to numb the 2 teeth to be extracted. The whole process which was positive was over in 35 minutes. Sincere thanks. more

Teeth cleaning 7/19/2011

Tori has always had a great experience at your office, which is why I feel I must send this survey so you can learn from it. Yesterday she had a teeth cleaning appointment with Jennifer. Tori said she was very nice. There was some food that was logged in the back of her teeth and braces that was causing an infection and pain. Jennifer tried to remove it but it wouldn't come out easily. It was very painful and Tori told her three times that it really hurt. Finally Jennifer got the dentist and he used some anesthetic to numb it and removed the food. I wasn't in the room with her, so after we left the office she broke down in sobbing tears and told me that it was very painful and she felt like Jennifer was listening or didn't care that it hurt. I've learned my lesson and will be accompanying my children at all of their appointments from now on so I can advocate for them. Please know that we have always enjoyed our visits, but this visit was really a bad experience for Tori. It's going to be a while before she will feel comfortable visiting the dentist. more

I have had two appointments and both experiences were fantastic!! As a child, I had horrible experiences with a dentist, who I swear was a sadist. I have always had tremendous fears since then but have been greatly impressed with my treatment and the work done. This office is the best!! more

The dental office is top notch, colorful, clean. The people are exceptional, skilled, friendly, kind. Getting your teeth cleaned is a breeze. After many crowns and implants my teeth look beautiful, my teeth bite perfectly and my smile is straight and solid. Thank you all. more
