My Car X experiences could have been better if: -Contact me before doing unauthorized work -Be able to locate agreement for free tire rotation with my new tires between manager changes -Oil change should be to correct level rather than too much -Clean off transmission fluid on engine due to hose burst when changing fluid Pros: location great, on time as promised Cons: the little things count more

Have been to this shop many times. Staff is always very friendly and competent. They are fair and honest with their repairs and will not give you any trouble it you bring your car back after for an adjustment. Located on Hwy 100, it's a very convenient location with competitive prices. Would recommend. more
