Monarch Dental & Orthodontics - San Antonio, TX (Northwest Side)

My experience with this provider is not a happy one for the following reasons.\r 1. When I went for dental exam, the dr. refused to see my wisdom tooth, though our insurance covers that.\r 2. When the dr. recommended removal of wisdom teeth, though I had no problems with that, the front desk clerk was pursuing with me for that.\r 3. The most important thing regarding my kid. She was asked to go for teeth extraction. The dr. recommended wrong teeth for extraction. When I went for second opinion, and compared both the reports, I realized that she was supposed to have S and T extracted where she actually has visible cavities, where as monarch suggested R and M.\r \r Always take a second opinion while dealing with Monarch at I10 Dezavala. more

I was extremely anxious, the staff made me relaxed and confident. I am actually looking forward to the next round of treatment! more

I felt that I was a person, the staff was friendly and treated me with respect and kindness. This office was a vast improvement from my first and only dentist's office. The equipment and techniques were far more advanced than I was use to. Most of all everyone in the staff had one goal and that was to take care of the patient (me). more

For having had such a dreaded procedure (an extraction), the entire experience was made so much easier by the Dr. and staff of this location. more

Dental staff are very courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly, they demonstrate concern for their patients. I received personal follow up calls to check on my recovery/ status. I love the new office and the location. I especially like and appreciate the hours of operations. Thank You. more

Dentist, Hygienist, and Dental Assistant are an impressive team. I can trust them with my dental care with absolute confidence. I have been several times to the Office already, and I have always been impressed with everybody in that office. more
