Dont go for the $ 29 dlls special scam, they tell you your cleaning is done for $ 29 dlls but is a trap to get you there ,get xrays and get scared when they explain you need a lot of thing done but the worst thing is you never get your theet cleaned because you need to get done all work before they clean your theet,i lost 2 hours of mi time there without geeting nothing and also the dentists dont treat people well,is better to pay $ 100 dlls in another dentist,i will never recomend them. more

Stay away from this business. Each time we visited the dentist announces some sort of doomsday scenario, that is much more expensive than the insurance coverage. We have changed dentists, and the new dentist reaffirmed our suspicions of Monarch Dental. All of our x-rays have revealed that we do not need the dental work--implants, etc,, that were recommended by Monarch Dental. Customer beware. more

Let me start off and let you know that the dentist and the dental assistants are great. The service is horrible at the front desk. My insurance picked Monarch dentist for us and we really have no other options until we can switch our insurance. I paid 900 for a crown, they claim my insurance paid 50% that would mean they charge 1800 for a crown. It takes a month to get the crown on and you are stuck with a painful temp for way too long. I tried to change my appointment but they did not have anything available for 3 months (this sounds excessive to me). I felt myself begging for an appointment, but with no response. The office staff does not return phone calls and it isdifficult to contact someone local. I look forward to going to another dentist that ""is not doing me any favors"". The dental hygienist are marvelous,and i do not think they get paid enough for their hard work. it is amazing that they can do their job so efficiently and yet be so pleasant and cheerful and answer all patients questions. more

I have had to receive emergency care on several occasions and every time Monarch dental has been there for me with the upmost respect, attention and professionalism. I like very much the way the office answers their phone by letting you know how they can make a difference for you just by calling. I am defenitly a long time patient and certainly will make referrals. I thank the staff and especially the doctor for all their help and care most sincerely. Thank you. more

Would give a lower rating if possible. Pay the full bill up front!! Pay in installments only if you open a line of credit through the dentist's office!! Sound good to you? If so, then here is the place for you!! The only reason I went here is because the other two dentists in my insurance plan could not see me several weeks to look at my broken molar. Paying up front and opening up a line of credit are two indications of potential fraud. I expect that out of some yahoos out there, but your dentist? They are even trying to double bill me and threatening legal action when they cashed my check almost a month before receiving another threatening letter. Do yourself a favor. Go to someone else first or go lawyer shopping before stepping foot in this place. At least make sure you research this place and read customer reviews here, at Yahoo Local, etc . . . Be afraid. Be very very afraid. Extremely shady with questionable practices and ethics and complete lack of customer service from the parent network including but not limited to attempts to over bill, lack of respect, courtesy, and professionalism, etc . . . Still . . . not . . . clean . . . Still . . . not . . . clean . . . more

A nightmare scenario--sitting in the dentists chair with your mouth wide open and being told that you have no options but an outrageous bill. I overhead the same comments to other patients. Read about Monarch dental on other websites. Their scam is to give you a deep cleaning, and charge you twice as much as other dentists. They also will tell you your fillings are cracked and need replacing. They will then give you covenient pay plans to cover what your insurance won't. BEWARE!! In my case, all of the above. And on top of that, they told me my insurance covered the majority of deep cleaning. After they performed the service, they ""found out"" they were not actually a ""provider"" under my insurance, so I owed them and additional $400. Trust me, all these scams were confirmed by my new dentist, who said I did not need the deep cleaning or new fillings. Stay away, go somewhere else! Pros: non Cons: a bunch more
