This place is Horrible an hour wait only to go to the back and wait more I finally left ,called my insurance carrier and changed my dentist I personally would never refer them to anyone more

Made an appointment for me and my 2 daughters. The apointment was at 8:00 a.m. We arrived prior to our appointment and still had to wait over an hour before we were seen. more

My neighbor recommended Monarch Dental. I had broken a filling and called the office to set up my first appointment. I had gum surgery, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges and fillings done. Everyone from Monarch Dental staff did their best to insure that I was always comfortable during any procedures being performed. They always followed up to check on me, they really cared. I wanna say THANK YOU. more

The entire staff was, as usual, incredible,effecient, professional and attentive to my personal needs. The entire experience was a pleasure...and who can say that about a dentist appointment. I honestly feel that my well being is their top priority. more

I appreciate the good service that I receive at the location of my appointments. The staff is friendly and very helpful when I visit. I have made referrals to my friends who have also visited this office. My main concern is that this office doesn't have private examination rooms. The open setting makes me uncomfortable and I am concerned about possible outside distractions that can happen while the staff/dentist is performing a procedure in my mouth. This could lead to an accident that could have been prevented had their been privacy. In addition to there being people walking by and they can see you. The patient/client can also hear conversations/activities taking place near by. more

Dr Davilla at the Cedar Hill Texas office is a wonderful Dentist, he is extremely professional, kind and very detailed. He did a wonderful job on my crowns and made sure I was happy with them. His job is so much better than other doctors at the same Monarch or any Monarch. I am very happy with him I hope he does not leave this office. more

My experience at the Waxahachie Monarch Dental clinic is identical to the review of Cedar Hill Monarch clinic by 06Patientofdrwhite. My first visit ever to a Monarch clinic and I wish it could be the last. I was at the office 3.45 hours and only received xrays and a "probing" ( in more ways than one) followed by scare tactics from the dentist and hygentist that my gums and jaw could likely fall off due to disease, ( that I am certatin I do not have) . The visit felt more like a marketing gimmick clothed in lies and scare tactics in order to sell procedures beyond the basic preventive services for practical maintenance plan. After taking off a 1/2 day of work and giving Monarch dental my entire afternoon, I did not even get my teeth cleaned which was the only reason I made the appointment. After I asked to speak to the office manager, she refused to acknowledge me or my husband as she talked on the phone about "tile" and whatever, then proceeded to work on her computer after she hungup. Her ignoring us worked, however, as after about 10 minutes of waiting directly in front of her, and without anyone behind the desk (2 other people plus the office manager) having any interest in listening to us, we walked out and they affectively averted hearing from a dissatisfied customer. I believe the business strategy of Monarch Dental is about sell, sell, sell, using the threat of disease to provoke people into having unnecessary treatments. Monarch flirts with insurance fraud and ethically... just plain shameful. I wonder how the employees sleep at night executing Monarch exec orders! They are not in the business for patient satisfaction! If you have any choices for selecting a dentist, you should avoid Monarch. Pros: New, clean Cons: Disrespect for the patient more
