Terry and Ed came out and inspected the Furnace that had quit on a cold day. They took the time to find out that it was the thermostat battery. terry has a dog, and interacted with our miniature Schnauzer, and then helped out by wiring the thermostat correctly so that it drew from the common wire. the opportunity was there for them to have claimed something was wrong with the furnace, and we would have paid. Instead, they were honest about the problem and fixed it. We happen to have a service contract with them, so it was no charge. And we have heat. They were helpful and kind, and Terry and Ed deserve to be lifted up for a job well done.
