Laurie L, who has been with the company for over 10 years was an absolute delight. This weekend I was shopping with my mom who had gotten a 25 anniversary ring there 10 years ago and I had never been in the store. Laurie offered to have it sparkled up for no charge and it would only take about 30min. She was wonderful had us laughing and sold some Pandora jewelry to my mom and was extremely helpful and creative. I would recommend her to anyone. Her customer service was by far superior to any other jewelry stores I have been as well as most retail settings.
