At one point in time, I used this agency for my auto, homeowners, and life insurance. I realized I was paying too much, and was able to save hundreds of dollars each year by switching to another company. Since I had been a customer for 10+ years, I thought they may have tried to do a little more when I called to cancel. But they didnt even ask why I was canceling. Overall, nice people to work with, but I dont think they really care about keeping their customers business.
