Don't waste your time 4/17/2012

I have been sorely disappointed with this business. I took my 91 year old mother 5 visits to figure out that they were unable to provide her with working hearing aids. In desperation she called her family. It quickly turned they had sold her non-working hearing aids. Instead of immediately ordering replacements they offered a full refund and dropped her as a patient. Anybody who knows what it takes for a 91 year old mobility impaired person to go to 6 appointments will realize what a loss it is to have to start all over with somebody else. So my recommendation.
