Very poor service. It took me over an hour on the phone with ATT to fix the mess they made of my wireless bill. The manager never even bothered to call back when alerted to the problem. If you have to use ATT, go to the ATT store down the street - longer lines, but better quality services. more

Cingular Wireless is great - but be prepared to wait if you need help 9/8/2005

My family has been clients of Cingular Wireless for over five years. They offer very competitive pricing. My only complaint is that the customer service is slow. I have waited over an hour in line just to get service/help with my phone. more
