Great Experience! 4/3/2011

I've used Michael's Auto Repair on two separate occassions and have had great experiences both times. Michael personally calls to let you know what the problems are and what the expected costs will be. Plus, he priortizes which things are a necessity and what can wait. Dropping my car off was super easy and they even provided a shuttle for me to Enterprise Rental Car. No doubt, I will use them for any problems I have with my car in the future! Great experience! more

Michael's Auto Repair is THE BEST! 11/26/2009

Michael's shop is one of the cleanest and most respectful shop I have been to. They treat you with courtesy from the moment you call to make an appointment to the moment you leave with keys in hand knowing your car has been fixed properly. While waiting in the waiting area, not only do they have plenty of reading material but I was offered a variety of beverages while waiting. I had brought my laptop with me and was offered to use the conference room to do any work I needed. Its almost like being pampered when it is least expected. As their slogan says, "Committed to Quality...Committed to Excellence." THEY ARE SIMPLY THE BEST :) more

Import Car Specialists is now known as Michael's Auto Repair. Michael Started the business 20 years ago and still owns and operates. He has moved the shop two blocks from old location. New address is 17443 NE 70th St, Redmond WA 98052.\r Beautiful facility and state of the art.\r \r Michael's is truly the east sides best kept secret. They continue to be rated as the top shop on the east side by consumer magazine checkbook. more

Owner Message

  • Michael's Auto Repair has been servicing auto owners of the Eastside for over 24 years. In May of 1989, after residing in the Seattle area for two years, Mike opened his own automotive repair shop in Redmond. For the first three years, Mike did everything himself, from repairing cars to ordering parts to bookkeeping. A lot has changed in the past decade and a half. Michael's Auto Repairs has expanded four times.


    The newest location gives nearly 6,600 square feet. Enough space for 3 full-time technicians, and two new car hoists bringing the total to seven, a parts room and increased office space to accommodate office staff and a waiting area for clients. The Priority at Michael's Auto Repair is to provide personal service and treat each customer with courtesy and respect. This has been Mike's formula for success over the past 24 years..
