Poor Customer Service - Rude and Inconsiderate 10/20/2008

When I showed up for my appointment, the entire staff was sitting in the waiting area. Not one person said ""hello"". I was told that they were having a meeting and I needed to ""...give them a couple of minutes."" I was not offered a place to sit in their office. So, I asked if they wanted me to wait in my car. I thought I was asking a rhetorical question since it was in the 30s outside. The woman running the meeting said, ""Yes."" I couldn't believe how rudely I was being treated. I sat in my car for five minutes and observed another patient arrive at the office and quickly return to her car. She was also asked to wait in her car while they finished their meeting. This was a huge indication to me that this office not only does not value their patient's time but they do not value their patients. I went inside and cancelled my appointment with the entire staff just staring at me. First impressions really are everything and this office has a lot of learning to do. I was never offered an apology when I went back into the office to cancel. Instead the woman running the meeting checked her watch when I walked in as if to say, 'Why are you back? We're still in our meeting.' No one attempted to call me to remedy the situation either. This office acted totally unprofessional and uncaring. Pros: Nothing Cons: Customer Service more

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 5/27/2008

Does Customer Service exist anymore....I called a week in advance to schedule my appointment, and see what my copayment was. As I was told when I got there ""a temporary told me the wrong amount"". WHAT.. I was told $25 co-pay visit. Once I got there they ask for $270. I then ask why I was told $25 and the response was a temp told you that, and new patients have to pay up front and file themselves. I explained that I specifically asked these questions and gave them my insurance information to determine if I had to pay any large amount and I was assured $25 on the first visit. No apology, no accommodation for leaving work early, high gas prices, or anything just ""You have a nice Day"". So even if you check first dont be SURPRISED at the door.... and what kind of insurance do i have? Top! I work for the State, so what does that tell you? more
