Does Customer Service exist anymore....I called a week in advance to schedule my appointment, and see what my copayment was. As I was told when I got there ""a temporary told me the wrong amount"". WHAT.. I was told $25 co-pay visit. Once I got there they ask for $270. I then ask why I was told $25 and the response was a temp told you that, and new patients have to pay up front and file themselves. I explained that I specifically asked these questions and gave them my insurance information to determine if I had to pay any large amount and I was assured $25 on the first visit. No apology, no accommodation for leaving work early, high gas prices, or anything just ""You have a nice Day"". So even if you check first dont be SURPRISED at the door.... and what kind of insurance do i have? Top! I work for the State, so what does that tell you?
