if you want to go to a ghetto place, where they never heard about how to work professionally and file a tax return properly Michael Reynolds office is the place to go. The receptionist is an alcoholic lady, who cannot even carry out a simple task (write down a phone number), Michael Reynolds I wearing dirty gym clothes while his fat is sticking out, Carol is not even willing to give you any information prior to an appointment about what to bring in order to file a tax refund. completely incompetent 3/28/2011

DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN! My husband and I went to Michael Reynolds for our 2009 taxes. He did our taxes completely WRONG and we received notices in the mail from the IRS saying that we owed over $11,000 instead of the $3,000 that he told us we owed. Utterly shocked and unprepared, we tried to call Reynolds for help...but he refused to call us back after we left several messages!!! To top it all off, we recently received yet another notice saying we owe an additional $1,400!!! Had we known, we could have saved and prepared, but we were severely misled. Please, find someone knowledgeable to do your taxes...Don't go to Michael Reynolds!!! more
